Arrived 30 minutes before closing and they literally didn’t answer the drive-thru. There were workers hiding inside but completely turned away from the drive-thru windows or the cash register… they simply did not take my order or the person’s behind me. Irresponsible workers, should be fired.

Terrible customer service on 1/17/26 evening. I was on drive through and my Order was not taken despite waiting t least 5 min. Two cars/customers to my left got order taken. I finally decided to pull up to pick up window to tell the employee what had happened. No smile, no apology, no thank you. Gave me the drink and asked me to park in the front to wait for the food. Different employee brings burger out and I realize fries are missing. Again, no smile, apology or thank you. Will not be back! Hopefully owner reads this and gives customer service training to the employees

1 Star – A Survival Quest with Excellent NPCs
I stepped into this McDonald’s for a quick meal, but I’m fairly certain I accidentally walked into a post-apocalyptic simulation.
First, let’s discuss the hygiene—or the total lack thereof. I went to wash my hands, but the bathroom sink offered about as much water as a dry creek bed in mid-July. I turned to the hand sanitizer station for salvation, only to find it emptier than my bank account after a holiday. At this point, my hands were a walking biological hazard.
The “ambiance” featured a homeless gentleman who was mid-argument with a trash can. He was losing the debate, and he decided to take his frustrations out by yelling at every customer within a fifty-foot radius. Meanwhile, the food standards were a tragedy; my burger looked like it had been flattened by a steamroller and then left to contemplate its life choices under a lukewarm lamp.
The only thing that kept me from sprinting out the door was the staff. The woman working the counter was an absolute angel. She was dodging insults from the yelling guy and apologizing for the lack of plumbing with genuine grace. That was the only “Happy” part of this Meal. Give that ladie a massive raise; she was single-handedly holding the Golden Arches together with nothing but kindness and sheer willpower.

This McDonald’s is one of the worst I have ever seen and I think a complete waste of space and employees. Who hired these people? Are they not trained? I have gone a few times to get coffee in the mornings… both times they have taken forever….So… I’ll drive up to the window and they will tell me they are not ready!! NOT READY!!! What are they doing then? Sleeping or just hanging out?!?!?!? The employees have the worst of the worst customer service skills…is the owner not proud of his/ hers business???? They always look like they’re closed because they never have the yellow Arch lit. One day I drove up and they did have the M lit up!! and I was totally shocked!!! I asked the person , “I’m surprised you have the arch lit up”! and she said well because I’m here today. I sure hope they shut it down sometimes soon because it is a complete disgrace to have the name McDonald’s. All other McDonald’s I have been to I have had good service. I have decided to not return to that McDonald’s and just go up the road and go to Burger King for my coffee or I drive a little bit further to Marketplace on Park! I tell everyone I know to NOT go there!

Came in at 957pm and waited in the drive through for 10min. Says they close at 11pm. nobody answered through the intercom, pulled up to the window and saw someone washing dishes but no other employees in sight.

LOVE TRAVEL
Its 10 :49 AM february 8th/25. How do I place an order for pick up via drive thru and still end up being directed to wait at the side of the building while blocking other cars but apparently this is where they placed the line. This is the worst coordinated mcdonalds. Im not even local and want to leave this city like now. Im here waiting waiting… its been 20+ minutes since we left that dang window where you told us to go to the side of the building and still waiting….are you kidding! You guys are ridiculous. I have to go inside just to remind you im still here.

web site reads open at 4 am. I get to drive threw at 5:05am and no one answers. I’m taking off and I see them out side loading a suv and asked what time McDonald’s opens and they said 5. It was 5:11am when I asked them what time they open. no food I just left. can you fix your time on website so I don’t waist my time please.

Terrible experience. Was given a drink that was not good (lemon tea) asked for a sweet team Dawn immediately said that’s what you choose I asked to purchase a sweet tea which she finally went to change for me. Was rude after we said we had no sauce told her again we will pay for sauce despite not having it. Over all Dawn was absolutely rude. Watched her from a far without me watching throw fries in bags, and as we were leaving, decided to be rude to an elderly couple because they had not attempted to use the kiosk. Not to mention the guy who is also working this shift, we could hear cussing overall terrible restaurant, and terrible service and no professionalism whatsoever.
