Stopped in for a nice hearty meal on a frigid day. We got the Fatmers Choice and a Chicken Sandwhich. Everything tasted great as the eggs were cooked perfectly. The pancakes, sausage and potatoes were also great. The service was quick and I didn’t have to ask for refulls which is the main thing I look for.

The short version of our experience is both of our meals were cold, our server was non existent, and even the cashier when asking how our food was and me saying it was cold, she didn’t even acknowledge what I said. I quickly remembered why I dont go to Bob Evans very often. There are way too many great diners and at a much better cost to accept this type of experience. I zero out of ten recommend.

The food was very good. I really enjoyed the blueberry crepes. The turkey sausage was cooked perfect and has a great taste to it. The banana bread was decent. I really appreciate our server Julie who goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. Everyone was happy in our group today and had a good experience. The coffee was good. The remodel really adds some vibrance and comfort to the place. I really like the farm house feel with the reclaimed wood panels. While all of my experiences here have never been perfect, most of the time the experience is good which is what my review is based upon.

You can’t go wrong with this place. There’s a lot of option for breakfast that you’ll be stuffed. I had French toast with Turkey sausage and I did not feel hungry until almost dinner time. I love how courteous the staffs are. Once you come in it’s “Welcome to Bob Evans!” They’re very friendly, the waitresses and waiters are super friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend—-it’s worth your money. Don’t let the food go to waste and don’t let it get to your waist as well.

I realize there’s a shortage of help staff. As I understand it, a different Bob Evans the wait staff there has to wash your own dishes and plate the food. Looks like she has 6 Plus tables all show up at once. That said, I did not like our waitress, she rolled her eyes and kept giving us looks. Me and my family have dietary restrictions and I feel guilty for asking her for substitutions.
I’m not saying she didn’t try. I’m not saying we went without. I’m just saying that I felt like garbage to be waited on by her.
If this shift of responsibility is put on wait staff and widespread… maybe, Bob Evans, you should give them a bonus or something to make their lives easier less stressful, they may feel stuck.

Staff is always friendly. Food is always good. Punctual on carry out as well. Unfortunately, I had to update this review from 5 starts down to 1 because the last few times ordering food the portions have been way too small. Tonight ordered the Steak Tips 4 course meal paid about 10 bucks and got 4 pieces of steak tips and 4 mushrooms. Pictures included…
So here we are 2025. Year later. Things had improved up until about Feb. Then started going downhill again. Ordered the 2 for 24.99 dinner tonight. First meal the Mushroom and Onion Chopped Steak. Second was fork tender pot roast so had to add 5 bucks to the overall total to 29.99. I’m thinking hey this could be really good. Then I pick it up and bring it all home and (see pictures below “Mushroom and Onion Chopped Steak Meal 2025.” Fork Tender Pot Roast Meal 2025. I could go hunt squirrels with my hands and get more meat on the pot roast meal. Just wanted to share. c’mon Bob you can do better.

The waitress did her best. Sausage was burnt, potatoes were cold, Broccoli was dried out and there was only 2 pieces of it, cubed potatoes were stale and hard. Lemon Sole was fine. We were there for over an hour, not because we lingered after we ate or was slow to order.

I got the Lemon pepper sole again but with green beans instead of the potatoes. If you like to taste lemon with lemon pepper, ask for lemons with your meal. Also there is other herbs in the crust that overpower any lemon or fish taste, but squeezing lemons on it vastly improved the taste.

Food was good not great. Then my friend her Carmel drink had a hair in it disgusting. The waitress seemed slow and very overwhelmed. Waitress also didn’t listen when I was ordering drinks. I ordered a water no ice with lemon. Got just a cup of ice water. Won’t be going back there for a while
