Eliana gave amazing customer service at McDonald’s She was very friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome right away. She took my order quickly and made sure everything was correct. It’s been years since my wife and I last ate at McDonald’s, but after a late-night movie at the AMC nearby, we had a craving for their crispy chicken sandwich, iconic fries, and the best fountain Coke on the planet. We stopped in just before 11pm, and I have to say; the service blew us away.
The staff was Absolutely Amazing. The food came out hot and fresh, just how we remembered. But what really stood out? The customer service. The manager who took our order didn’t just hand us our food, she asked if we’d like our McFlurries brought out after we were done eating. That’s not just good service, that’s thoughtful hospitality and rare to see in fast food these days.
This crew went above and beyond, and it showed. If we’re craving fast food again, this location will be our first choice. Huge kudos to the entire staff and management for making our late-night visit memorable.

Usually the food from this location is hot and fresh. Tonight it wasnt. I called to bring back my food for replacement. Got scolded by the drive thru manager for leaving before they brought out a large fry that I would have had to pull out in front and wait alongside 6 more people. Insanely stale and cold food mind you. She said she would do it this one time but that it was a “liability” to replace the food because they didn’t bring me a large fry. Not sure how that would have made my food any hotter. I tried asking her what difference it would have made and she didnt have an answer, just repeating the liabity spiel. I worked at mcdonalds a few years back and we would have never pulled this nonsense. While they wouldn’t have served me cold food in the first place, Chick fil A and Whataburger would have never had a staff member scolding me for an issue that is the store’s fault. Made the night worse on top of the cold, stale food.

On Dec 11 @6:40 am I was greeted by a young lady who was working the service floor and people orders outside. I would like to say she was amazing. She was very nice and polite, she made sure everything and I mean everything was up to standard for how McDonald’s staff should be. She deserves a promotion or at least a pay raise for her outstanding service and maybe just maybe she can help someone McDonald’s with a class or training service on how customer service should be when you go to McDonald’s. She was outstanding I wish I would have gotten her name

The food that was delivered to my home from Uber eats was not correct. I had ordered a double quarter pounder and was sent 2 double cheese burgers that are not as wonderful as the Double Quarter Pounder. The French fries were cold and not as good when fresh. We tried calling Mc Donald’s and no one answered the phone. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback.

Upon my arrival at 9:10 PM today, I observed no employeesat the counter, with only a few patrons dining in. Despite waiting at the register for five minutes, I was not acknowledged. I noted three different employees actively avoiding eye contact. I intentionally waited and vocalized an “excuse me,” yet received no response. This experience was exceptionally poor, and while I have previously given this location the benefit of the doubt due to inconsistent service, today’s incident will be my final visit.

Let’s be real — it’s McDonald’s. The food is what you’d expect: decent, quick, and consistent, but nothing to write home about. What did make this visit five stars was the amazing service from Sienna and Simone. They were professional, polite, and incredibly helpful when it came to the Monopoly pieces — something most people probably wouldn’t take the time to explain or assist with. Their kindness and patience really stood out and turned an average fast food stop into a genuinely great experience. Thank you both for making it worth five stars!

10:52am, I walk in McDonald’s and they’re a tab busy… I was immediately greeted with my woman a “good goodmorning and welcome”, The lady behind the counter asked if I was ready to order. The service was fast, friendly, and also I didn’t feel as if I was rushed to make a decision. The lady behind the counter was patient, we took our order and sat down to wait, literally 5 min later, got the order… was hot, ready for us to eat and conversate. Would def come back!
