This is the only McDonald’s anywhere near us with a playground. My grandma, 3 children, and I ordered lunch and let the kids play. Early into eating our meals an older female employee proceeded to try sweeping under our legs and wipe the table we were eating on. The entire play area needed cleaning but she felt the need to clean ON TOP of us as we ate. I condensed our two tables down to a 2 person table with my kids standing so she could finish. My kids then moved over and finished eating and this employee went to go tattle on my kids. We were the only family there. The assistant manager came to tell me my kids couldn’t be using the table because they were afraid they would fall? WHAT? I laughed and gathered my stuff. The employee smirked and nodded at the manager as he walked away like she thought she was doing something great for McDonald’s. If she doesn’t want to do her job multiple times a day like sweeping the floor id suggest closing the whole play area or maybe clean the rest of the room while we finish our meal so you’re not sweeping over and over. Meanwhile a man is SLEEPING longways across the bench at a table. Bunch of weirdos here.

Stopped by my local Mc’s. The thought of a ig Mac meal and shake has been nibbling away on my mind for awhile. So I went in and I was waited on a lovely women at the register. Got my meal and shake and went on merry way back home. I’ve never ridden a bike and enjoyed a cold frosty shake while peddling and nibbling on fries a the same time. But it was hot, fresh and tasty! Didn’t dine in but just got my food and left. Always fast and a good working team. It’s always busy here but fast. A great spot lives up to the McDonald’s name.

Rude. We ordered in the mobile app, arrived to find our fries still cooking, no big deal, but our ice cream had melted and needed to be remade, and the rest of the food was stone cold. Husband asked for ketchup and honey, manager said we could have it this time, but would need to pay for it next time. Got home and found out they had not included the bbq sauce I did order, and they shorted us a Big Mac. Way to treat us like theives while you are busy stealing from us. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time and poor management skills.

This was the 2nd time i went to this McDonalds located on waddell and Litchfield. Both times i went through the drive thru and was asked to pull around to the front to wait for my order. The 1st time i waited about 15 to 20 minutes before going inside to ask where my order was, i was told the would bring it out in the next couple minutes. I waited another 20 minutes before i just drove off totally frustrated with 2 small kids crying in the car.

This McDonalds is the worst I’ve ever been to. I always have problems with my order and with the customer service. Today was one of the worst experiences and has made me decide to never return. My family and I waited over 30 minutes for our order. We got parked, which would’ve been fine, though other cars were getting their food and driving away. Once I finally got my order, I didn’t receive all of my food and the lady went back to get the rest. We continued to wait and my frustration was already rising.. understandably so. I ended up getting out of my car to go talk to them and ask what was taking so long. Sure manager asked if I wanted fresh fries and I said please not knowing that it was gonna take so long AGAIN! Now I’ve been at this McDonald’s for nearly an hour. Ridiculous. I then asked for a refund which she refused unless I gave the food back. Are you kidding me?? Just not good customer service. On top of all of this, I had 2 kids crying in the car because it was way past time for them to eat and they have been waiting so long. I will never return to this location. And I will tell others about my experience so that they never return as well. Very disappointing.

The staff seems friendly enough, but about 50% of the time, they can’t fill my order. Out of cups. Machines not working. Didn’t order supplies. It is really hard to give a positive review if they can’t do the business that they advertise.

I never write reviews unless a place is terrible or staffing is highly disrespectful . I guess her name is “ Crystal” assuming a manager how she was bossing everyone around. She has a lot of sarcastic attitude from what I saw based off 3 customers and is trying to rush peoples orders that aren’t ready. Mumbles a lot of disrespectful thing under her breath and had a very inflated ego if things don’t go her way the world is going to end. On a decent note this location has increased in better staff minus “Crystal” and the presentation has also gotten better. That woman needs to be humbled and need to learn how to talk to people especially representing a huge business.

Went there with my grandson. Food good but service not so much. Staff needs better training. I know there’s always a turn over in employees but train better. I had to go up to the counter 3 times as my order was missing things or they got wrong. Some staff aren’t sure which they should be doing. Every employee says different about the reason. Keep store clean. Tables n chairs get sticky ! Love McDonald’s but help !

What happened to fast food? It’s supposed to be 60 seconds or less in the drive-through. We waited in a parking spot for 5 minutes for a hamburger. Then people parked after us got their food before us and they had a whole meal. This is the worst McDonald’s on the planet don’t come here.
