Bit into and found a little hard tab in my sausage egg biscuit sandwich. I assume from the prep material of the food. Definitely be careful at this location. Luckily wasn’t something worse.

I have allways came here sense I moved to Gilbert like 10 years ago. But just this year the service is shitty I can never know wht they are saying or asking they are rude. I went up to the counter asking for a water cup and the girl that was working there l said “ why do you need one” the front for costumers Never has ketchup for our food. The food most like burnt IF you even get your right order. Hopefully they can improve or I will not becoming back.

Okay, now that all the positives are out of the way, let’s talk. I just waited over 30 minutes for chicken nuggets. After 15 minutes, they said they were out and had me reorder. But they processed the refund in cash when I paid with a credit card, and they calculated the amount on the manager’s cell phone calculator (incorrectly).
McDonald’s is a multi-BILLION dollar company. And they don’t have the capability to process a refund on their registers? Really?!?
They never gave me my Sweet Tea, which I can’t prepare myself like their other sodas. I asked several times.
Another 15 minutes later, they delivered my chicken nuggets. I guess they found some after all? Along with cold fries.
I asked for my sweet tea 2 more times and finally got it. But it was unsweetened tea. I told them and asked for sweet tea instead; they offered me a pack of sugar to make it “more sweet” after insisting it was, indeed, sweet tea. I took a sip in front of them (just in case I was being crazy) – yup, definitely unsweetened. They just stared at me blankly.
I dumped it & poured myself a Coke instead.
Oh – I forgot to mention! I had to order on one of their terrible free-standing kiosks. They automatically applied a “deal” where the only option was to accept it start my order completely over – 4 drinks at $1.29!
There are several problems here. First, drinks are ALWAYS $1.29. This wasn’t a deal. Second, McDonald’s only allows you to use 1 “deal” every 15 minutes. So the only way for me to avoid it was to start my entire order completely over. Third, I changed my mind on a drink and needed to delete one. But thanks to the “deal”, every single drink was listed as “Deal: $1.29 soft drink/any” instead of Coke, Dr. Pepper, etc. So now I don’t really note which one I want to remove.
Literally every single part of this visit was beyond terrible. Half of the nuggets ended up being either burned or bad – I’m not sure which. And with the cold fries, we’re throwing more than half of our food directly in the trash.
STAY AWAY.

A very sweet, younger, perhaps-manager seemed to maybe be having a rough day today around 4pm. The drive thru was backed up and people waiting and angry. Looking back, I wish I hadn’t been one of the frustrated people. Hope this young woman is well. Thank you for your hard work.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the valley. It’s by my house so when I do stop at McDonald’s it’s usually this one. I’m now at the point where I end up going anywhere else but this McDonald’s. Orders are constantly wrong and today my wife ordered $50 worth of food. And of course it was the complete wrong order. Terrible customer service when you call in asking to get the correct order. They eventually make it right, but question you if you actually ordered what you ordered. Awful experience at this location and will not be returning here. Today when we realized we got the wrong order we called in and I was told to come back to the store and that the order would be ready and that I can speak with the manager “Junior”. So I get there and I ask for Junior and Junior is apparently too good to even come and talk to me. They had someone else come and do it. The order was not ready. They made me restate my order all over again. And finally after sitting there watching them they got the order right. But for the 10 minutes I was there. I am not even joking. Four other customers walked up complaining of getting the wrong order or having their order messed up.
Mcdonald’s is McDonald’s so I don’t anticipate this review will do any monetary harm but the franchisee and the managers need to know about how bad this location treats its customers and how bad they’re messing up orders.

Went in for some fried that I was craving it was super busy but the staff handled it great and the line moved fast! The ladies at the window were so sweet and absolutely made my day! The world needs more people like them
