A Burner
If you are a doordash driver, DO NOT PICK UP FOOD HERE. I stood at the counter for 25 minutes before an employee finally came and spoke to me, all the while the order saying it was ready on their screens. It them took another 15 minutes for them to bring the order out, and when they did, they just put it on the counter without saying anything. It it was missing the name sticker, so there was no way to tell it was the order I was picking up. This is my job, I ended up having to wait for almost an hour for an order that only paid me $2.75

Good customer service, and the food is usually good as well. However, I’ve received food a few times that didn’t meet my expectations. One time, I got burnt breading with my chicken nuggets which was likely caused by not filtering the oil. Despite that, this location is still better than many locations in the area.

Most recent visit: I typically have no problems at this location; however, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich and a sausage burrito. The burrito was fine but the sandwich was seriously messed up. It was sausage instead of bacon and there was no cheese. I had already driven off so rip.

They were really great here! The play place is wonderful. The kids ran up and down and all about having so much fun. They even made friends with the other children. We used this for my daughters birthday since the park we were supposed to go to was soaking wet from the rain that day. So they saved our big day. They didn’t make a big deal about me bringing our cupcake cake and hanging out for a while. The human kindness in that alone makes me choose their location over any others.

There are two things you should never plan on here. Firstly to get your order right. Secondly if you are asked to go wait out of line in the drive through you have a good chance of this location to never bring the rest of your order. I ate inside ordered table delivery and it never came. When I went to check on it there were 7 or 8 customers also looking for their orders. I noticed many of the employees had gone to break and magically had there orders. Frustrating. Other locations are not like this at all.

We had THE MOST awful experience with staff here. We ordered on the mobile app and it redirected us to the wrong location. We called to ask them to cancel the order so we could re-order on the mobile app for the location we were at. They were EXTREMELY RUDE, refused to even try to help us, and just kept saying there is nothing they can do. So we asked for the manager who yelled at my husband and then hung up on him. Idk who owns this particular McDonalds, but your staff is entirely incompetent and the food is low quality. Don’t go here.

I’m sorry, but I can’t in good conscience give any McDonald’s over three stars. We all know about McDonald’s. They’re super convenient, we all have our go-to order, and we typically regret having our moment of weakness, which led us to our last order. This particular location is typically fast and friendly. However, there have been several incorrect orders over my visits. Lastly, since the staff changes quite frequently, you can always count on seeing new faces.

Waited over 10 min to be acknowledged by any of the employees while waiting to order. Order was incorrect and when I tried to get it right they were not very helpful. The restaurant was filthy. There was one cleanish table we ended up sitting at, food was cold and fries were soggy from sitting for too long. Disappointing for 2:00 PM on a Sunday.
