We just ordered our food and it never fails that the food is cold and you can tell it’s been sitting. Nothings fresh smh. This McDonald’s is horrible. You would think the food is fresh but all we got is cold food and everything is nasty

So uh I needed a water cup, and uhhh I made eye contact with one of the employees but uhh he didn’t come and help me, so I proceeded to wait for uhhh approximately 2 minutes and uhhhh I decided to take things into my own hands so uhhh when I decided this, I stepped at most 9 inches behind the register and then I got like uhh three ops getting after me for going back there but like brother come on I need a water a cup and you guys aren’t helping me, and you guys only attend to customers when the do stuff you don’t like, and what was really annoying is that it wasn’t busy at all. I am also a Spanish speaker so I am able to communicate with most of these employees so come on man let’s please have better service it really isn’t that hard. Also I got like two McCkicken’s and they had a lot of mayo on them and they were also quite frosty which is pretty disappointing because who doesn’t love a hot meal. And uhhh I also saw a baby that looked like a man which was pretty funny lol.

Whoever was working the drive thru the short Mexican dude absolutely sucked. We ordered a Grinch meal, a large water and a cup of whipped cream as a pup cup which we do every time. The guy told us they don’t have whipped cream and didn’t give us a drink with the order Instead they charged us more and gave me a bottle of water. He was very asleep when we were ordering and it is not that hard to put in a basic order. We never got a soda and just got a cup of water.

Breakfast team is AMAZING, they’re fast and polite. But someone must be new to working here because the last SEVERAL times I have come here for lunch/dinner, they always miss KEY parts of my order. I’m talking about 10 piece nuggets, or entire sandwiches. They also forget sides and sauces. My husband picked up an order, not knowing what it entailed, and they forgot an entire happy meal! This has started in the last two months or so, so whoever they hired needs more training and/or support while bagging and handing out.

I visited this McDonald’s last night through the drive-thru, and the experience was very disappointing. While placing our order, the girl taking it kept giggling and talking to someone in the background, so we had to repeat and clarify our order more than once.
When we pulled up to the first window to pay, both the girl who took our order and the guy standing there looked annoyed that we had even driven up. They were very dismissive and continued their conversation when we asked for a receipt.
At the second window, upon receiving our food we let the employee know our fries were missing. He insisted we hadn’t ordered any, even though we had and had seen them on the screen added to our order. He just stared at us and didn’t offer a receipt or offer to fix the issue. When we asked for a receipt, he was dismissive and didn’t seem interested in helping, and we still never received it. After a moment, he finally asked if we wanted to order fries again, but at that point we decided to just leave.
The girl taking the order clearly made the mistake, but the overall attitude and atmosphere from the staff made the entire experience worse. Something similar to this happens every time at this location. Very poor service.

Every time I have gone to this drive through the cashier and employee giving me my food is always extreamly kind! I love the staff here! They are all so friendly no matter how early or late I pick up food!

I really liked this place for the convenience of it being close to my job but id rather go someone further away to get my food than come here. I’ve had many bad experiences here with having cold/stale fries that taste they’ve been sitting there for awhile, paying extra for pink whipped cream and then just not getting any whipped cream on my frappe, forgetting the condiments and then giving me a plain burger with no condiments in it when I just wanted a normal cheese burger with the usual stuff on it, and the employees giving me looks and not saying anything to me while they just hand me my food and drinks and walk away
I don’t really write many reviews but I thought it I’d express my not so great experiences here and yeah I don’t think I’ll really be back because they just can’t be trusted ♂️
