First I ordered my meal and at the window I asked for some sauce and the employee got very belligerent and said he couldn’t give me any without charging me for it, like I understand if I was asking for extra food but i was literally just asking for some of the creamy chili sauce.
If that wasn’t bad enough once I start eating my fries and get about half way through them I literally pull a long black hair out of the center of the fries, absolutely disgusting I literally wanted to throw up after that.

The girl taking my order tonight in the first lane was absolutely rude. Had a terrible attitude and then disappeared in the middle of taking my order to come back and continue to give me attitude. You don’t rush the customer. I’m aware you have times you need to keep but maybe don’t leave half way through my order. You definitely shouldn’t speak to them like they’re an inconvenience.
I’m sorry you must hate your job so badly that you take it out on the people who give you business.
Needless to say, I drove off and lost 6000 points for an order I didn’t place. This location has been terrible. Take the time and drive a couple minutes east and go to that location.

First time here and have to be careful , I cut the guy serving and working on French fries rubbing his nous multiple time whipping something on his pans no ones like three or four times and went back to grab fries basket , grab salt and using scoop to put fries on bags . Other lady next to him tubing her axila and back to put drive thru orders on back using Same hand she used to rub her body . Both crew member never seen them go back and wash their hands .

Just left your drive through with missing items. Normally wouldn’t say anything except this is the THIRD time this has happened at this location! Since it’s right by the freeway I’ve always realized it after I’m on the freeway and can’t turn around. I’m sure I’m not the only person this happens to. FIX THIS! I shouldn’t have to keep checking before pulling away. I’m not your employee, I’m your customer and you keep ripping people off because they didn’t make sure your staff did THEIR JOB

I will only go to this mcdonald’s in the Ogden area they NEVER disappoint EVER the employees are always happy and i usually go in the morning so having someone that’s upbeat and happy makes me happy. i usually go every saturday morning and sometimes during the weekday but they NEVER get my order wrong no matter what time of day i go but all those other locations… need to take some tips from this location

We were just inside eating at a table and a couple employees were presumably on their break together. The one girl started talking about her 13 TARANTULAS. Disgusting when people are trying to eat. Bird eating tarantulas. Tarantula this, tarantula that. So disgusting. And I’m pretty sure the store manager was sitting behind us too so I bet he heard it as well.
Also I ordered ahead on the app and it took the cashier forever to figure out how to ring it up. And even after putting it all into the computer from my app order they brought me the wrong food. My meal was one of 2 meals. It wasn’t complicated.

We ce through around 0200 am after a four hour flight (that was delayed 2.5 hours!) The staff were friendly and smiled during our interactions. The food was fresh, hot and delicious! The frappe machine was even working and we got one of the beat drinks in a log time! We are so thankful for the Stagg at this McDonalds!

I was there last night through the drive through Order one nugget meal and 6 more nuggets with a large drink they asked what sauce I wanted for each item and I said 2 buffalo 2 barbecue and 2 ranch and the way she said back to me like wow that’s a lot of sauce so I replied if you want to charge me extra its fine. I get to the window pay move to the next window, I get my food the boy gives me the bag shuts the window leaves I’m checking my order I see I only got 3 saucesthen I see someone coming, the individual asks what do you need? I let the person know that I didn’t get enough sauces, I have a bill on my hand and she’s/he’s like I don’t need your money, what sauces do you want? In a tone like being bothered. (like I’m sorry that I came to buy and give you business). So I told this person what I wanted, walks away saying something and the little boy says, oh, that’s mean she laughs and hands me the sauce with an attitude and closes the window. I usually go to the McDonald’s on 12th street. Because I think they have the best customer service out of many of them. I’m definitely never going back to this one again. seriously, I know this is McDonald’s and not chick fil a , but you need to do better on your customer service.

Don’t go here. The staff will state “store policies” and not give you what you ordered in their own app unless you pay more. They are very condescending and rude. It’s not like I have high expectations at McDonald’s of all places. The bar is very low and they still managed to limbo right under it

this McDonald’s has some of the worst employees i have ever seen. my orders are consistently wrong and for some reason when i say no ketchup they hear “put as much ketchup as i possibly can on this burger” i would rate 0 stars if i could. absolutely abysmal group of employees.
