I ordered a chocolate shake, and got a vanilla shake with a hint of chocolate in it. They put 1/3 of the ice cream in, mixed it with some chocolate sauce, then added the other 2/3 vanilla ice cream. They didn’t even stir it up before adding whipped cream. I never send things back, but I asked them to remake it with more chocolate. It’s only slightly better. The pictures are in order of first and second attempt.

Embarrassing customer service. I believe I’m complaining about a manger but cannot say for sure… I called to speak to a manger at the store before looking for the franchise owners information. This review is specifically being written to outwardly express my disappointment in basic human decency. I’m aware some restrooms are locked due to homelessness or drug abuse. However if a woman comes in, clearly experiencing excruciating discomfort, and you cross your arms and refused to let her use the restroom. You’re not a decent human, a good employee, or some kind of policy keeper good doer. It was a downpour outside, and I didn’t know the area… so I had to squat outside my car with two strange men covering me to relieve myself before I ruined my pants. Not only am I embarrassed, but offended. I’m a mother to a young baby yet that’s not even important. Denying someone in desperate need to an accessible toilet is unjust. Risking indecent exposure in public because I wasn’t allowed in a restroom is humiliating. After being in customer service for 20 years I felt the right thing was to call and express my frustration to the manager. Yet I was met with more indecency. Appalled, embarrassed, angry, and wildly disappointed in the customer service employees are trained and paid to provide. I worked at a Wendy’s for 3 years. I am not coming from a place of ignorance. This was obviously a very vulnerable situation for me and I would have liked to speak directly to the woman who advertently sent me out to pee in the rain in front of strangers. I hope you find a new job that does not require interaction with the public. Do better. Obviously McDonald’s isn’t hiring based on customer interaction.

This has to be the worst McDonalds ever. I went there yesterday, got 3 of the 2 cheeseburger meals. My meat tasted old I didn’t realize it until I got home, but also my fries were so greasy like if they’ve been sitting in the drip pan for way too long. I went up to the counter and the short lady that wears a beanie sat there and argued with me instead of agreeing that the fries I got were old. Finally someone else came and replaced them. But still my meat didn’t taste good. I’ve had several encounters with the short lady she needs to be talked to my someone higher up. She shouldn’t be allowed to treat her costumers like that. I don’t know how she still has a job

There were no employees watching the front. Once I had ordered my food I had no way of telling when my meal would be ready. After about 10 minutes of waiting for my food I went up and had to wait at least another 3 minutes for an employee to recognize that I needed to talk to someone. Once I did they had to find my order as they had appeared to have lost it. The employees then rushed through the preparation of the rest of my order, giving me cold food. All while this was happening one of the employees was coming the meal of either her friends or family, who had come in after I had, and serving them personally, having walked past me at least three times when I had tried to get her attention. On top of all of this, once I had my food and got home I found that they had forgotten my McChicken sandwich.
Overall, I would not come back to this restaurant again.

We did a mobile order, they didnt have it. We went inside to ask about it. The manager snapped at us and said they dont do pickups inside (this is clearly a lie) we where told to go through the drive-through to get the order. we decided to get a soda feom the loby while we waited. The soda was out of syrup and ran flat. The entire lobby smelled of cigarettes. We went through the drive-through and where told AGAIN they didnt have the order. They called the manager over, it was the same lady that was rude in the lobby. We where told they didnt have it (AGAIN!!!) Than they said OHHHHH thats the curbside order. Two seconds later they had the food which after 45 minutes was cold. Inside the bag the dipping sauce was broken leaking over everything and half the sauces where missing.
Truely a nightmare meal and that manager needs to be fired.

Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of this location because it happened to be the nearest to me. I ordered ahead on the McDonald’s app and chose drive-thru (this was the only option available for me to choose) and, when I pulled up to the drive-thru screen to tell them my code, no one answered on the speaker. The speaker screen wasn’t even on and I waited a few minutes for anyone to notice I was there, but no one ever came. So, I decided to just park and go inside the lobby, figuring maybe the drive-thru was closed or something as it was nighttime. When I went up to the employee at the counter, I told her about my order placed ahead and she said “This isn’t the drive-thru” which, obviously, I knew that, so I told her I had just been in the drive-thru and no one ever came to take my order number so, rather than collect me my order, she proceeded to tell me to go back to the drive-thru and she would give it to me. However, when I started to walk out to my car, she told me to go out the other exit and she would help me at the window. Confused, I tried to clarify that my car wasn’t out that direction and she then told me “No, don’t drive, just go to the window out this way”. Again, this was very confusing to me so I asked and she clarified that she wanted me to WALK up to the drive-thru window outside so she could hand me my order??? I asked again, “You want me to go outside and walk up to your window through the drive-thru lane?” and she laughed at me and said “Yes, can’t you walk?”. So, I did what she said, completely baffled, and went out the door she pointed out to me and tried to walk over to the window, only to find a small line of cars now waiting in the drive-thru lane, one of which was at the window I was apparently meant to walk up to. This was not a helpful, or even practical solution, to me so I just decided to cancel my order and go somewhere else. I cannot understand why on earth I would ever be asked to walk through a drive thru lane that was filled with cars. How that can be safe, I can’t imagine, and I am appalled that it was even suggested to me as an option. I also cannot understand why the drive-thru employee was not there at the drive-thru for several minutes when I arrived, nor why they suddenly came back after I went inside and started working the lane again. Additionally, why I couldn’t have just been given my order (that I already paid for) when I came inside- despite that fact that, yes, I was not actually in the drive-thru, does not make any sense to me whatsoever. This was overall not a pleasant experience or one I will ever attempt to repeat by returning to this McDonalds location. I never received my food and was not treated with respect after being told to walk through a drive-thru lane, laughed at, and treated like I was stupid for being confused on all of these things.

Employee told me today that my mobile order “wasn’t there” when I clearly had the receipts. I repeated my name and number for the order but the employee just told me he didn’t see without troubleshooting or offering any solutions. I double checked, and I ordered to the right address. When I asked if I could pull up to the window and show him my screen, I got no response. There goes my food and money tonight. 🙁

I went there tonight to order food and the workers did not acknowledge me and acted like I was not there. They were not busy they were just talking to each other when I spoke up they just stared at me and continued to ignore me. They were very rude.

Me at drive-thru: I’ll take three diet Cokes and one decaf coffee.
WEIRD GIRL: We don’t have decaf.
ME: That’s weird, I’ve had it here several times before.
AM MANAGER jumps on mic: We don’t have decaf coffee at this location…
ME: OK fine
MGR: Well if we make it you’ll have to wait a few minutes.
ME: Didn’t you just insist you don’t have decaf coffee at this location?
MGR walks away from mic, leaving weird girl to handle me. I let her off the hook.
ME: It’s okay, I’ll get the coffee somewhere else.
2 things: The daytime manager is great, most of the workers are cool but there are some real shortbussers here.
Why don’t you just say you’re lazy and get it over with, Mr Morning Manager.
