We had a party of 10 and spent over 1.5 hours at this establishment waiting for our food. It took 25 minutes just to receive drinks — and I never received mine at all, even after two people at our table received refills.

When we asked Amanda, the manager, about the delay, she told us they are “not really supposed to seat parties of 10,” which made no sense considering two larger tables were seated before us. Shortly after speaking with her, our food came out — which felt like it had been sitting in the back for quite some time.

Unfortunately, the food quality was unacceptable for several members of our party:

My chicken was extremely overcooked and rubbery.

My daughter-in-law’s chicken was also poorly prepared, and she had to eat around the bad portions.

My son’s steak first came out overcooked, then was brought back rare. At that point, after nearly two hours of waiting, he ate it simply because we were hungry.

My grandson’s date received a steak that was undercooked and tough like beef jerky. When they remade it, she was told to “take the other one home for her dog,” which was incredibly insulting.

When it came time to pay, my son and I covered the bill. Despite the long wait, poor food quality, and service issues, Amanda refused to offer any discount. She then stated she had given a comp card to my parents (who dine there frequently) — even though they did not pay the bill and had no issues with their meals. That made absolutely no sense.

The situation escalated when Amanda raised her voice at my son and me in front of other customers. We asked her to walk away, and she responded by saying she would not serve us again. The entire interaction was humiliating and unprofessional. Even our waitress expressed that she didn’t understand why Amanda was making the situation so difficult.

This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. Between the wait time, food quality, and management’s behavior, we will not be returning.

We went to Medina Longhorn for dinner after being stuck in Staples for an hour. We were seated at the bar tables. Nicole, the bartender, also took care of us during our visit. I’m kind of a food snob, but our steaks were perfectly cooked and the service was excellent, despite the bar and bar tables being full. I cannot say enough about Nicole. She was funny, personable and didn’t miss a beat with our playful sarcasm and silliness.. The manager was Also wonderful and joined in the fun. We had an exceptional experience. Food was great, service was excellent and the personal connection that is missing in most experiences now, was the highlight of the evening, Thank you Nicole for making our visit memorable and fun!

I was with my lovely girlfriend and we had a somewhat satisfying dinner. She ordered a sirloin steak medium well. I can tell you that it did not come out as requested and looked more medium rare. They had no problem taking it back upon our request and came out with the steak she originally wanted. My LH Burger had no problems and would highly recommend. Other the steak mishap, it was a great experience. The waitress seemed newer and only checked in on us once after someone else brought our food out. Water was always kept full so no complaints there. All servers were kind and pleasant towards us.

Very delicious, hot “just the way we like it” food. My salmon and sweet potato was mouth watering. Perfect with the rice pilaf. The chop steak smothered in mushrooms was beautifully cooked. The waitress was very attentive and returned many times to check on us. She packed us a fudge sundae to take home and share. We really enjoyed our 40th anniversary dinner. Glad we spent it at Longhorn’s.
Prices were a little steep on some dishes but no more than other restaurants out there. The dining room was a bit crowded and noisy but it was a weekend night. All in all it was great. We’ll be back.

I had an amazing experience at LongHorn Steakhouse! The food was delicious — perfectly cooked steak, fresh sides, and everything came out hot and just as ordered. But what really made the visit stand out was our waiter, Ben. He was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great dining experience.

Ben checked in at all the right times without hovering, gave great menu recommendations, and made us feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find that level of service these days, and he definitely went above and beyond.

We’ll definitely be coming back, and we’ll be asking for Ben next time!

Being a higher class steakhouse, one should only expect the food to be at least okay. I think of this establishment as a run down side of the road truck stop joint. It took 15 minutes to be greeted. Two drinks came out witnin 5 minutes and the rest of the 10 people had to wait another 10 minutes for drinks. 25 minutes for drinks. I can understand they are busy but 25 minutes for drinks. The two servers for a table of ten should be able to quickly be of help for paying customers. The servers were nice, but sadly slow. We waited another 15 minutes to order appetizers that came out after 15 more minutes. But 55 minutes total for drinks and appetizers is pushing it. The bread came after the appetizers. Bread should come out with the drinks. The bread was only placed for half of the table to enjoy. No bread at one end of the table. After waiting another 15-20 minutes to order food only 6 meals were cooked to okay at best. 4 plates were not good. A medium well cooked to, well I can’t call it well done. It was like dog food dry. Medium rare steak cooked to medium well. Along with chicken that was so cold and hard it was inedible. Along with chicken that was overcooked and had to be eaten bits and pieces. After speaking to Amanda, the manager she remade some of the food and comped one plate. She explained to take the well done steaks home for our dogs. I would not feed this to my dogs as they would probably choke and puke because they have better standards then this manager. The food came out again, okay at best. The medium rare steak came out blue rare after almost 2 hours being at this establishment. The manager refused to comp the food that was remade and then decided to give the two older regulars at the table a comp card secretly under the table when their food was made right then told them you cant choose your family. Amanda did not like that we spoke our opinions and said we should speak nicer to people and we will receive better service. Then spoke out saying next time we won’t know what is in our food. What does that mean? Because you messed up you’re going to spit in our food? She refused to give any comp cards to the guests who did not receive correct meals. I will no longer be going to this establishment as the management is not made for management and should not work in the front of house as she would be better off working a job taste testing beef jerkey to feed to dogs . One guest only ordered cheesecake and im surprised they didn’t mess that up either. The manager also explained they do not normally take large parties which is a lie. They take birthday parties of 10-15 people with two parties of 8-10 before us.

Please read this review! Especially if you have a big party. I’m not one to write very many reviews. But when the service is fantastic I’m going to tip 20-40% of the bill. But when the service is less than par for a quality place I have to share my experience.
After waiting an hour and a half at the table and the food was not there the manager Amanda comes to explain why it’s taking so long. She did not make me feel like I was an important guest at the restaurant. Went on to say that they don’t normally take larger parties. Since I have been here regularly for the last 20 years and have seen plenty of parties this is just simply not true. She went on to apologize. And about 2 minutes later the food came out. 4 out of ten plates were not quality. Mind you one of the six decent plates only ordered a piece of cheesecake.
A med rare came medium well and a med well came well. Two pieces of parm chicken came barely warm and hard over cooked to the max. One of the chicken did not eat it.
The other ate around it. The medium well steak customer was offered to take the over cooked steak home if they had a dog? Med rare steak came out rare which was mine and I just ate it since I had already been at the table for an hour and 45 minutes. What surprised me is they made precedence over the Cooked wrong food that needed to be remade but I felt that for the price I’m paying to enjoy this establishment shouldn’t it be right the first time? Yet what surprised me the most was when something more was asked of them for all the trouble we were belittled for having spoken to them in some type of way that made them treat me in a poor way. The manager Amanda admitted to treating us in a poor way because she didn’t like something someone said. I can assure you none of use spoke to her with disrespect and only voiced our opinions in a calm manner. In 20 plus years eating at this establishment and my own experience in the food industry as a line cook and server, this is about the worst it gets. Amanda should be washing dishes not managing people.

Take out order so uncertain of service & atmosphere.
I probably had one of the best burgers I’ve ever had from this longhorn today. We go here frequently, and their food is always good but, for some reason today’s burger was just exceptional.
