I went around 0130-0200 and it was extremely busy. No problem I’ll wait. At the end 2 items missing, went back in got my 2 items cool. Chicken was bland. Very bland. Tea was bitter. 8 know we are trying to live healthier but what happened to the greasy chicken? Great to eat before you go drinking . That location can do better but I saw them doing their best so I’ll be back

I haven’t been here in a while. I was here during PM rush hour. It was really busy. The lady taken the orders at the register was very hospitable, professional and had a great way of dealing with every customer. I ordered a 1/2 smokehouse chicken that comes with a biscuit and a jalapeño pepper, a two 2 piece dark meat with a biscuit, and my daughter ordered a the 3 piece chicken tender, fries, and a biscuit to go. Everything was fresh and good.

Great tasting chicken. My wife did not know what okra tasted like so the server gave her a sample. I thought that was nice. Food came with really hot and juicy chicken.

They have good deals and the chicken was fresh. However, it gets a two star because the chicken was lacking flavor and the macaroni and cheese was nasty. Also, the building felt like it needed a deep clean.

Need someone to contact me about my order. It was never delivered. I sat waiting for someone to pick up the phone at the store, and nobody answered for 30 minutes. When they finally answered, they said “come tomorrow” and claimed I needed to do the refund online, despite the confirmation email saying to call the store for delivery issues. I also tried filling out the online form for issues and it fails to submit due to a server error. I will never come back if someone does not contact me ASAP. Thanks.

Had to wait a bit but didn’t mind. The cashier was so nice to my son. While he was ordering his food she was patient and answered his questions and even complimented him. Our first time here. Exceeded expectations!

The “manager” or whatever he is doesn’t pay attention. He gave my friends the wrong order at first and then didn’t give them my drink. He tried to say he gave them two medium drinks but those two mediums were for their family deal not my separate online order.

The chicken wings were very small, but were hot and crispy. Not that flavorful though. The young lady behind the register was soft-spoken and courteous. I wish they had more seating.
