If I can give no star I would this locations frappe has been down over a month I dont eat fast food but all I want is my frappe after a 15 hour shift 7 days a week but no, I have to drive to multiple locations in hopes one has a working frappe machine, waste of gas and time will stop going to McDonald’s all together your guys c.e o didn’t help that either take a bite out of that and swallow it

As usual, the McDonald’s app is absolutely terrible and screwed up. It charged me and sent me the email but it never showed in my app or sent the order to the store. Which Is not the fault of this store. So I showed my confirmation email to the person that helped me and they were super nice and got it taken care of for me immediately.

The employees are all great. Always friendly. Always smiling the really only problem I have is. They want to pull you Uber all the time. And then they bring your food out to you if you use the drive through. I don’t like pulling over. But I can overlook that with how they’re employees treat me.

When you drive home to find your order is WRONG. You have to bring the food back. Now it is cold. You ask over the phone for fresh food. When you arrive. “We can only give you a fresh sandwich because that is the item that was messed up.” Thanks for letting me have the old sandwich, cold fries and the recently trashed Akron rubber nuggets.
