I’ve never had a hot frie from this place. Ever. We come for the 5star play place. We order minimal food, it’s super disappointing. Would love if the local manager would get on this place because it would be a 10 for little kids if it had hot food.

For months I’ve held back writing a review on matters that affects me as a customer:
– on Jan 1 around noon was my patience ran out. There is this Mexican lady manger who never smiles and rude. Few times she herself give me wrong order. My orders are usually standard 2 triple cheese burger plain, sometimes double cheese burger but always plain. I make sure to repeat that few times whenever I order as I almost half the time got normal burgers instead. I visit at least once or twice a week. She took my order of a Mcvalue double cheeseburger plain and a large fries. But she said the mcvalue double cheeseburger is $5 and I pointed on the advertising board it’s $3+ not $5. She grumpily key in my orders. I reminded her for 2nd time to make it plain. When the order came there’s only a normal cheeseburger inside. As she had walked off, I told the other male manager at the counter that there’s no fries inside and I ordered plain. She came out and rudely stare at me and loudly say I didn’t order fries! I showed my receipt which clearly state I paid for fries. They took away my receipt I think it’s no 297. Came back with fries and plain double cheeseburger in a scowl not an apology for her mistake and treating me like I am getting free food and an inconvenience. The order process and entire scene was witnessed by an older lady who looks like a runner/cleaner who was standing next to me and customer queue behind me. She and the male manager did apologize on her behalf when I asked who is she as I can’t see a badge to identify her name. For a manager to set such a bad example and experience is atrocious.
– I agree with other reviews half the time to get orders wrong and cold fries, few times I paid for large fries but when I got home it’s medium or only filled halfway.

Lost my kid again, in the ball pit at the McDonald’s in Sandy, Utah and started to question everything I knew about parenting and gravity. The ball pit is like entering the Labyrinth, you almost have to take LSD just to find your way out of there!

I yelled his name for 15 minutes while other kids stared at me like I was an unpaid clown on break. Not far off, to be honest.

Right when panic set in, I took a bite of a Spicy Sausage McMuffin and suddenly remembered what peace felt like. That warm, greasy hug of spicy sausage and fake cheese brought me back from the edge of insanity.

Eventually a kid popped out of the pit with my son’s shoe and a fry stuck to his forehead, so I figured he was still alive in there.

Five stars for emotional support breakfast sandwiches.

This location used to be the tops, but now they are SO SLOW, and it takes forever to get your food. Even when I order in the app, pay for it, then click “I’m already here” before I leave the house, I still get asked to park and wait, usually for 5-10 minutes.

Edit. I went and tried this location again. The chicken sandwiches had hard, dry chicken with virtually no sauce. My daughter, who LOVES quarter pounders, said her quarter pounder was dry and gross. This location USED to have a manager that kept this place running as smooth as could be, it’s sad to see what this has now become.

To anyone reading this – find another McDonalds location to visit because something is seriously broken with this place.

Foolishly I go here often because the location is ideal. However, over half the time there is something wrong with my order; ranging from items missing, food being below room temp and unsafe to eat, or the wrong items all together.

Just today, I got home and found out a breakfast sandwich was missing from my regular order. This is only 3 weeks after management insisted that they were working on improving service. It was not busy, there was no line at the drive through. I should have double checked, so I guess that’s my own fault. But I’ll look for another place to grab quick breakfast sandwiches that doesn’t require me to audit even the most basic action of customer service.

I ordered a simple quarter pounder meal, that’s it. Of course I get told to pull to the drive-through waiting area, spot A. As I wait each of the other parking spots fill up. I finally looked out at my phone because I realize I’ve been waiting an excessive amount of time, but I’m trying to be patient. When the person finally comes out with the bags of food, they asked me my order and I tell them. They go through all of those bags and then say sorry it’s not here and then proceed to the other vehicles. I’m sitting there thinking like are you serious, I just ordered a quarter pounder meal. Not only that, but I was the first person to park there and now I have to wait even longer while everyone else who came after me gets theirs? I got out of my car and went to the front counter where nobody was standing. There were a couple other guests waiting and one of them finally told me to walk over to the side so they could see me, which told me that Customer also had been having issues. A couple of them looked at me, but they didn’t acknowledge until I finally said can I please get my sandwich! It takes them a minute but they find it on the edge of the counter just sitting there. It amazes me how many people are back there working yet it’s so disorganized. If you’re going to have people pull off to the side and wait then you might want to bring out the sandwiches in the correct order because it makes your customers feel like you don’t care. It would’ve been one thing if I had a big order, but I literally ordered one meal that is a very commonly ordered. Maybe train the person bringing the food out to say something to the effect of I’m sorry I don’t have yours, give me a few moments and I’ll go look into it. Instead, they just dismissed me and walked off. Just my opinion, but the fact that a company like McDonald’s has to start creating parking spaces for their drive-through tells your consumers you have a whole other set of problems. Maybe send your leadership to Chick-fil-A, they could line your leadership out on how to really run a drive-through!

“McDonald’s has been a part of my life since I was a kid, and it’s wonderful to see it remains a fun and welcoming spot for the next generation. The food is still a reliable favorite for both me and my children, offering that comfort and familiarity we’ve come to expect.
What’s truly special is that the PlayPlace continues to be a huge hit with kids. It’s a place where they can burn off energy, make friends, and create their own fun memories, just like I did years ago. It’s fantastic that McDonald’s still provides this attraction for families. A great spot for a quick, kid-friendly meal and some playtime!”

Last night I went to dinner with my wife and my children to this restaurant among all the options we decided to go to McDonald’s it was about 9:30pm we arrived and the children want to play on the playground so we went there an employee arrived and very kind he told us that the children could play but we couldn’t eat because it was already clean that’s sorry but that’s what the manager said I said ok it’s okay let’s eat in the part that is not from the playground 5 minutes later already eating the manager arrived saying that if we could leave because they were already going to close the lobby the truth I didn’t know what attitude to have if of courage or I didn’t know what to say because a manager would come to my table when you’re eating with your family and tells you leave because I’m going to close what kind of person you run with your family from an restaurant incredible
