Ordered a “double quarter pounder,” and it was missing one piece of meat! I took pictures, kept my receipt, and went back 2 days later. I asked them to replace my double? The manager replaced my whole meal. I was very pleased.

Everything I go here they’re always forgetting stuff in my order. even small orders. It’s not that hard look at the paper in front of your eyes, look at the items in the bag pretty easy cut and dry. $15/hr what a joke. 7.25 seems more fitting for all the people at this location. Sick of going here.

I’m biased because I really only like McD’s breakfast menu, and I had lunch there with my daughter. What I can say is that this location has undergone some changes. The interior remodel is really appealing and has some local themes, such as wall art that depicts some planes from the local Warhawk Museum. The interior is clean and is very inviting. The food was good, well cooked, and prepared pretty quickly. My daughter is a huge fan and loved everything. The employees were very nice and personable.

I’ll just get straight to the point. The people that work here are nothing short of incompetent filthy pigs. They will serve you cold and uncooked food, rotten toppings and sauce and not only that, but will slop it all over the packaging. Even after numerous complaints to management. It’s a health risk to eat here period.

Ordered through doordash. The dasher got here super fast so the food being cold and inedible was not their fault. I won’t even bother calling to complain because the first and last time we had an issue with quality and missing items, the manager demanded pictures and evidence. We had to jump through hoops for them to correct their mistake. I do not have the strength or energy for that today.

Usually this McDonald’s is a 2 star rating at best, but yesterday at noon I got the best service ever from McDonald’s. We had a big order, and lots of room for failure – but they got everything right. They were also friendly too. I guess noon is the time to come? Either way I felt it deserved a 5 star rating.

The app wasn’t working for the discounts the company offers and they wouldn’t apply the discount manually even though the csr was aware of the issue (loss of $5.35) and the tables were all dirty including food in/on the seats. Food was good though.

It is very dark and just sad inside here if they would let in some more light or even turn on more light that would be great. I know I’m probably going to get some grief for this but I’m not sure there was anyone working there that spoke English so as the employees are walking around and looking at some of us I have no clue what they were saying but I’m pretty sure it was about the guy that was behind me. I feel if you ate living and working here then you should be required to speak our language when you are working I found it very rude tha they were all speaking Spanish and yet not one of them said good morning when anyone walked through the door.
