Staff was great and so was the food was good. However, I had ordered a CHOCOLATE shake and the first image is the shake they first gave me. I went in nicely and ask for it to be remade, the staff was very nice about it. But then the shake i then received was still lighter than my skin.(and i’m pretty light) But other than that the hashbrowns are AMAZING. 7/10 will come again 2/10 will order a shake again.

Tragedy struck at McDonalds today. We ordered a few drinks, a fry, and a McChicken. One of the drinks wasn’t close to full, one of the drinks was just carbonated water (we ordered a sprite for our son), and we didn’t get our fries. When we brought it up at the drive through that we didn’t get our fries, she just looked at me like a deer in the headlights. We arrived hungry, needing a snack and looking for a quick thirst quencher. Alas, neither were solved.

This is mostly about the management. Wife and I were at the drive through 5/20 at around 8am. The place was slightly busy and they were in the weeds. My order was given to the car in front of me and I was asked to pull around and they would bring it to me. I wasn’t too bothered by that. After 5 or so minutes nobody came out so I went in. They had forgotten about my order. IU was able to flag someone down and he politely took care of me. While waiting I could see the disarray in the kitchen and one of the employees mentioned to the manager, who was just standing their with her hand on her hip, that people were leaving. She yelled twice loud enough for all of us out front to hear “let them leave”. Her attitude and the fact she was simply standing there doing nothing showed me why they were struggling. You have a manager that neither cares about the customers and their experience nor to help and direct the employees. This is a poor manager and if I ran the place she would be either re-trained or dismissed. I feel bad for the employees who are receiving no help or direction. I spoke to a couple other customers who were waiting and they indicated she was like this on a regular basis.

It was a clean place. But they were horribly busy and we waited outside curbside for 10 or 15 minutes before we got our meal. Then I had to go inside because they gave me the wrong drink. And they tried to give us extra drinks. It was chaotic at best

The mobile app simply does not work here, I’ve used deals and points multiple times and without fail the code doesn’t work in store, my points/deal gets wasted on nothing and I still have to pay full price for an item I only wanted with discount, and when I finally think I have figured out how to use my deals by ordering through the app, the coffee machine is broken and I still wasted my points. Maybe try teaching your employees not to break everything.

Lazy and good for nothing. Ordered a large fry and they filled it up half way. Every time I come here they are “cleaning the milkshake machine” or “it’s not working” also, every time I get a quarter pounder it is raw. Bunch of women in there today, I hope you do better for your man at home.
