I pulled into the drive-thru ordered a nmbr 3 NO ONIONS. I was rang up twice and told by the kid thru the speaker “I’ll get that fixed” was never told a new total, nothing showed up on the screen. I sat there for several minutes, yes minutes, waiting to see something update on the screen, or be told to pull forward.. still nothing. I pull to the first window and proceed to get ignored by two girls that were “training” and once again, wasn’t instructed to pull forward, hell I wasn’t even acknowledged. one turned her back to me, blocked the window, and once again I was ignored. So I sat and wondered what on earth was happening. I FINALLY see a hand wave me up to the second window, and I’m greeted by some lady that starts repeating my previously stated order to me. I tell her what had just happened, and was told “oh we’re training some new people” not offered a simple apology, not an acknowledgment of how upset I was, nothing.. just a “we’re training a lot of new people tonight” it felt completely insincere and extremely lacking of any style of customer service. I FINALLY get my order, and check the bag. Fries… cold…. burger wrong… loaded, better yet overloaded with onions… I wasn’t talked to about my abysmal experience by a manager, I wasn’t offered an apology… not a single attempt was made to rectify an awful experience. As someone who works in customer service, and has also worked at a McDonalds for years… this is low, and distasteful even for them…. complete waste of my time and more importantly.. my money… this review WILL be posted elsewhere.

The morning crew at this location is on it!!! Fresh food and correct order every time.

The evening crew is another story. Anytime we’ve come for dinner we are getting food not to temp, missing items and they have poor attitudes. I wish they could have a consistent crew for both shifts but I guess we will only stop by this location during breakfast hours from here on out.

WORST RAN MACDONALDS I HAVE EVER VISITED!!!! RUDE NIHHT SHIFT MANAGER HAS ZERO CONCEPT OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. !!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS THIEVING LOCATION!!!!! I stop at this location several nights a week for lunch while i’m working. Every single time I make my order on the app.I add extra onions which it charges me additionally.Every time. So please tell me how almost every time that I pick up my order that clearly has on the reciept and the custom order tags that are still on the burgers that say extra onions.Yet there’s absolutely no onions?????? You charging me for something And continually not giving it to me is theft!!!!! How do orders that come up on a screen?That’s a extra onions.Translate to the workers that store no onions when they see it charges me??? I will not return to this location as this has happened way too many times!!! How are you gonna raise all your prices?And then literally rob your customers by not giving them what they have to pay extra for???? Your shift manager who wants to threaten customers reminds me why this is the worst location ever!!! This location should be truly ashamed of how they serve and deal with thier paying customers!!

I got to this location in drive thru about 5-6 times a month. Every time I have seen Jonny (sorry if I butchered his name) either in drive thru or staging my order is correct. He has extreme professionalism when operating the drive thru. Just a good experience when he’s there

This McDonald’s is gross inside. My boys said the toilet is clogged. I don’t have photos of that, but there’s ants in the play place, the drink station is a mess, trash all over. We have been here a couple hours for a birthday and I haven’t seen anyone cleaning. The food was good and service was quick, but I won’t dine in here again. Does make me wonder what it looks like behind the counter though…

I used the curbside pick up on January 8th and I submitted my spot at 11:31… I waited till 11:52 before going inside. The lady running crib side was absolutely awful. 4 employees said hello to me and walked away as I tried talking before a younger man took care of me 10 minutes later. The subside lady threw my bag of food at me that was sitting on the counter out of the heat and didn’t offer to get me fresh food as it has been sitting for almost 45 minutes at this point. Not to mention she didn’t give me my full order…. I have worked in fast food and honestly her attitude and customer service skills was appalling. There’s a million mc Donald’s take a 5 min drive to somewhere else it’s quicker and your food will be hot

First things first, Kristina the supervisor on duty 10/30 during the mobile order/ DoorDash fiasco, she showed up even through chaos. She still saw that my little boy was eager to play in the play place that was getting professionally cleaned (LOVE TO SEE THAT) she brought him over a Halloween happy meal bucket with stickers even though it was breakfast time. I will say our only downfall was we somehow, someway got into the monopoly game and ordered probably 4 eligible items and received no playing pieces. Sausage egg McMuffin, 2 hash browns, cold brew frappe, if we’re advertising a playing game, it should be offered with all orders and all items eligible.

I went through the drive thru, and after being skipped over for the other side of the drive thru 3 times I finally ordered my medium fry, small sprite, and a large vanilla iced coffee. I got my food from an employee that didn’t say a single word to me or look at me. Then I notice my coffee has no ice and doesn’t have any vanilla. I go inside to have it remade. When I ask I told the girl at the front my complaint she said she’d have it remade. No issues. No anger. When she goes into the back the crew is yelling at each other. One person called the other person stupid. Other employees start looking around embarrassed. Whoever is running the shift in the afternoon on Sunday is awful. Terrible environment for employees and customers. Should be ashamed of themselves. Making everyone uncomfortable and belittling employees in front of customers and employees public. Shameful behavior.

My recent McDonald’s experience was nothing short of disastrous. First, the beverage: I ordered iced tea, but received a cup that was 90% ice and a measly 10% tea. It was a blatant rip-off! Also asked for ketchup and gave me ONE PACKET, same goes for ranch. Then there was the service: the staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Honestly the personality of a dried nut sock. They barely made eye contact, and acted as if they were doing me a huge favor by even acknowledging my presence. Finally, the restrooms: Words cannot adequately describe the filth. They were utterly disgusting, lacking basic necessities like toilet paper. It was a truly appalling experience, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this particular McDonald’s location. I’m utterly disgusted and will not be returning.

Food was good. Made correctly we received everything we ordered.
Service was very slow and they seemed flustered.
A/C was off or broke it must have been in the 90s in there. Made my kids sick the just wait for food. We went and ate in the car.
