Crazy place!!! Packed -inside and outside. That alone tells you how good this place is! It was the best chocolate muffin I have ever had-Ever! The Apple Ugly was so yummy..best if eaten fresh and warm. The chocolate Danish was also very delicious. One of the nicest ladies came down the Long Wait Line to help people take sandwich orders to help move the line along. Highly recommend this Cute, Little, Very Busy Bakery!!!!

Lol. Big ugly apple fritter. Thats it. Mic drop. Do it without hesitation. One in the world like this bad boy. My God. Lasted us 3 days on our road trip and stayed soft the whole time. AMAZING !!

I’ll say it again in case you missed the other review: the cinnamon buns with icing are to die for! We also got breakfast sandwiches here and a couple apple uglies. It was busy both times we stopped in (on a vacation) and we were not disappointed about the hype! Delicious, delectable, yummy, not-sharing-mine, obviously not freezer food, generous portions… I’ll miss you Orange Blossom Bakery. There’s no one quite like you back home…
Other notes: you can’t eat-in but there’s a porch that seats around 16 or so. It’s not wheelchair friendly so please have your friend pop in for you.

Okay what everyone says about the apple uglies is true, you definitely want to try them!!! But there are also a lot of other yummy treats: cinnamon rolls, hand pies and lots of different breakfast sandwiches. The place itself is small and quaint. The only downside is this isn’t really a place you can sit and enjoy. The only seating is outside and its been super hot so that’s not an option right now. But totally worth it to pick up and take home!

Food was good. Coffee you have to make it yourself. Have several choices for breakfast items. Have bakery items like their famous apple uglies.Got 2 apple uglies for the first time; they are big enough to share. Get one and enjoy. They close at 11am. No inside seating just outside which can be challenging during summer season. They have an area that sells t-shirts and some cups.
Now comes the part I truly disliked to post about. Let me tell you, personally not a fan of posting negative reviews but sometimes they are necessary. We have a place down in Hatteras Island so we are here regularly. The girl at the register had the most unpleasant and rude attitude. Honestly if I have a choice next time wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend going unless you want the attitude early in the morning and before noon with your breakfast and coffee. The food sometimes as good or great it can be is not worth having the extra attitude as a side.

Follow the line of cars and pull into a packed parking lot and you will find the Orange Blossom. Amazing pastry that are larger than life. Place your order and have a seat outside and wait for the curtoius staff to call your name. You won’t leave hungry. Highly recommend. Limited hours

the famous apple ugly is made for sharing! unless you’re very, very hungry. the cinnamon apple combo is reliably delicious, and the sugar glaze pairs reasonably well with the donut dough beneath.
the cinnamon roll is a much more manageable size. if you’re looking for a bagel or food that’s not shown in the display, there’s a bit of a longer wait because of how busy they get. definitely a loved breakfast spot in avon.

It’s worth waking up early for. The ugly apple are huge and completely stuffed with apples. It took me 3 days to finish but was good to the last bite. Staff is super friendly and helpful. You also have to try a breakfast sandwich . So yummy.
