So let me first say that the customer service here varies wildly with time of day: the breakfast crew do a mostly acceptable job, the lunch and dinner crew phone it in as hard as ppssible. They raise the bar in how bad it can get.

Service was terrible. Couldn’t get my order right. And it took forever to get my refund. This is not the first time I had problems there. Gave them a second chance and they still couldn’t get it right. Won’t be going back there. Plus the prices have gotten crazy expensive. I can get better food for the price. Go to Taco Star. Much better for the price.

Went to pick up a mobile order. Waited for over an hour and a half because the extremely rude and unprofessional girl in the front said I couldnt get a refund. After she finally comes back to the front she said they couldnt make our breakfast order, even though it was placed and paid for almost 2 hours prior. She said to bad and that we would have to get a refund on the app. When I tired to get a refund I couldnt figure it out so I went back inside and asked for a number to call and what their store number was. She got irritated and said they would just make it, and then took another 20 minutes. The bag as missing two items still and the sandwichs were definitely not the same thing we usually get. They were inedible, looked, and smelled disgusting. I would not feed that to my daughter. While waiting the employees in the back were swearing up a storm and throwing chicken nuggets at each other. When I asked the girl in the front was her name was, she was swearing under her breath and wouldnt tell me her name.

If you order online or you go through the drive up the service is okay, but if you walk in and go to the counter expect to wait. It was quite a few minutes before I was even greeted. The nice lady that finally waited on me took my order with a smile. She is the ONLY reason I give them two stars and not 0. This happens EVERY TIME

Mainly I just wanted to add more pictures of the playground, as you can see it’s been replaced. I went to this McDonald’s because I saw some really cool photos of the playplace on Google maps, but this is the current playground (as of January 2023)

This trip was just a quick check in for a quick breakfast before a busy day and everything was pretty standard. They have a rotating crew where when some specific employees are working then everything is perfect and then other days not so much

When they are in a groove and actually stocked from their provider, this McDonald’s does amazing. They have good people there and I love the breakfast when on the way to work. Only reason its not 5 stars is because they’ve been out of product several times when I’ve swung by.

Usually this McDonald’s is great, but not recently.. employees and service is great, and they are decent on wait time, it’s the food not matching in quality. Fries are always hard, cold and slightly burnt and quarter pounder meat looks like it’s been sitting all day and served cold. This wad at like 7:30 at night so typical dinner time so food should have been fresh. Generally speaking though they are on point 80 percent of the time so definitely recommend going if your near by!

The worker who took my order was rude. He needs to work on his customer service skills. He didn’t say hi or anything, didn’t even tell me my total until I pulled up to the window. When I said thank you, he said “yea” and shut the window.

They deserve 0 stars. Ordered on the app and waited 45 minutes, tried to go through the drive-thru which had 20 cars piled up. Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru at the back of the line and it moved 1 car. The app cleared our order and we had no way to get our food and a 2 hour wait to speak to an employee. I have to dispute the $20 charge now with my bank.
