This place needs to be completely overhauled or shut down. This is now the second time I have arrived to this store after ordering a single sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, and I did not receive my item. I always place the order online when I get off I-25 at South Academy. This allows for at least for 5 minutes for the food to be prepared before I arrive. On two separate occasions, the food was not ready upon arrival, and I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes before deciding to leave. The last time I paid a visit, I did not even see the order number on the screen. I wanted to ask the manager if she could help me, or what might have possibly happened, but she was too busy berating her employees loudly and in front of other customers. Being a boss myself, I can certainly understand having frustration with subordinates, but you should not dress them down, belittle them, and insult them when they are not around especially in front of paying customers. This place either needs a complete overhaul or to be shut down. If you actually get your food in the expected time, the quality is okay.
My theory for what happened is my food got ran out to a curbside pickup, or sent out the drive-thru window.

The food is good.
The food is fresh.The customer service, it’s definitely on point. The problem with this restaurant is that this McDonald’s. Whatever you do, don’t go in the restaurant.It is by far disgusting. I support homeless people and I get but it smelled like myth smoke. When I walked in, I had to hurry up and run out. It was definitely smoking at bathroom.All of that took away from my whole experience

Only go through drive three, never go in. Drive through they are always talking and chit chatting with other co workers. Seen coworkers sitting on counters. Went today and feels very unorganized, got handed my bag and I asked “if she knows if all the sauces are in the bag?” She stated “I don’t know you’ll have to check” and waited. Why am I checking my own bag you should know what is being handed out. One tall boy was walking handing out food with his pants below his butt. Not professional at all. And get home to my hot n spicy looking like this…..

They can’t make a burger to save their life. Nearly every time I come here, my order is wrong usually missing bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. I use the drive through for speed, yet I’m sent to park, wait 10 minutes, and still get the wrong food. Then I have to go inside to fix it. Consistently frustrating experience. You need to train better at this store or just get some people who can comprehend that training.

Gave me food poisoning and almost made me lose my job. Now i cant get in touch with anyone of management or when i do they send me to a corporate number that never picks up to answer me. Served me a raw double quarter pounder. Do not eat McDonalds. Stay away from McDonalds.

Fave McD’s in town. I’m here often and I have never had an issue. Playground is clean and usually a couple kids in there to hang out with my kid. Food is good, and most of the employees are great. One of the managers is absolute sweetie and she’s the real reason I will keep coming back.

What’s the point of a drive through if everyone has to wait in the parking lot for their food? Coffee wasn’t even sweet just ice and water. Food quality is sub par compared to other drive through where you get your food on the spot and not made to wait 40 minutes in the parking lot.

Went there Saturday for Grinch meal. Wanted to be there when they started serving lunch at 10:30. Got up to the speaker after waiting for awhile in the drive thru. Its 10:37 and I was told “I had to get out of line and come back in 10 minutes when they would be ready to serve lunch.” We were not given the option to wait in line. Literally told to leave. So I did. Went to another location and was treated much better! I will not go back to this location.
