Ordered for mobile order, girl came out gave me my food, I asked for Buffalo and the girl rolled her eyes at me and left. I proceed to check my sandwich and see that they did not add mayo so when she came back I told her it didn’t have mayo so If she could just give me mayo packets instead. She AGAIN rolled her eyes and left. Keep in mind she did not say hello back or nothing. Not a single word. And I was super nice knowing that my sandwich was wrong and asking for packets instead. Then a different person came out with my mayo with a much better attitude, very nice guy. For a person that used to work at McDonald’s I appreciate the guy that gave me the mayo.

Absolutely horrible! The woman at the register spent most of the time sitting on top of a food prep table playing on her phone and yelling at coworkers. I walked back up to her once I got my food to ask for ketchup and she started screaming “he’s here to complain”. Just strange and embarrassing. Beyond unprofessional. we’ll never eat here again

Apparently even though this McDonald’s is advertised as open 24 hours they are not. Tried stopping for breakfast and they claimed they were closed. Can you please change your hours to reflect the time you are closed thanks. Maybe be more polite when you tell people that also. This McDonald’s is disappointing enough when everything works out. A very short, simple order but it took more than 20 minutes of waiting. I gave up waiting for my order, so I asked for a refund. No one bothered to help the entire time I waited! I expected at least an explanation as to why I had to wait so long or even an apology, but nothing. Just a day earlier, I was also waiting for a long time to get my order. The cashier finally noticed I waited for a very long time, took my receipt and did my order. Why do you have so much staff but not enough work getting done? Horrible!

This store is the WORST McDonald’s I have EVER been to in my entire life!!!! Do not go!!!!!! Drive the extra 5 minutes or more to go to a different one, better yet don’t choose McDonald’s… Because they all are horrible around here. But this place needs new management. The general manager is completely disrespectful and rude to customers-she actually yelled at me-a complete…. She needs to be fired, so so soooooo unprofessional. My 16 year old son would do a better job at running this place. I see the gentleman who owns this place there sometimes (I hope he sees this, so he can know how it is when he isn’t there) they do great when he is there, and unacceptably horrible when he isn’t. When the cats away, the mice will play, and you will suffer for it.

We waited at least 5 minutes to be helped without even once being acknowledged. Then when we were acknowledged we were told I’ll be with you in a minute while waiting around 5 more minutes and it wasn’t until we loudly said where’s the manager that someone finally came to help us.

When, I was gathering my lunch. I isn’t a time-based schedule work on time without being a minute late. While I do recommend to order ahead in time to save you some time and better experience with the food. The employees that helped me out we’re really polite. Do I have to be honest I’m not much of a McDonald’s guy, but I can say was full confidence I’ll be going back there again.

Horrible service. Most unhelpful staff and manager (Lorenzo) I have ever encountered. I’m typically a very calm and understanding person, but all they wanted to do was laugh and say they couldn’t help me with a reward issue. Young kids need to learn what customer service looks.
