I don’t do a ton of faster food but as far as Mci D’s go this is a great one. Mostly the service and technology there. Games, quick order from the table ot kiosks.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this has to be the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped foot in. Food is obviously the same, but the interior is sleek and modern, and the service is next level. Chik-fil-a level politeness with the attentiveness dialed up a few notches. On more than one occasion, they’ve had someone going around checking to make sure everything turned out alright, offering refills, extra sauce. The one time I had an order issue, and they were out of fries, they went above and beyond to make it right and then some.

I don’t typically review fast food locations but after having visited this one a few times over the years I thought I’d go for it. The food is what it is…it’s McDonalds and they are pretty much the same. But the staff here is always super friendly. They go out of their way to greet you with a positive demeanor. it can’t be super easy working at a fast food place, so to have people who are helpful and kind, is no small thing. The interior is also always clean and I like the self service ordering options.

This McDonald’s is a bit below average. They have a hard time managing the two lane drive through. I’ve often seen 2-3 cars go through on the other lane before in helped at all. They also have a hard time making the orders correctly. More than half the time there is a major error in my order (wrong size, missed items, extra items, etc..) it’s sometimes in my favor where I get extra items, but they have a really hard time getting you the right size when you ask for mismatched sizes (large fry, small coke) and will often just choose one size for both.

I don’t even know how to explain this without sounding crazy, but I just called about my hamburger popping and got hung up on within two seconds… I was freaking out because idk WTH I just ate?! But after looking up some things, it’s due to moisture in the burger. Thanks for almost giving me a heart attack and being rude while doing it. But just in case it happens to anyone else, it’s just trapped moisture!

No play place is wonderful, nice quiet facility, beautiful store, wish there was a drink machine in the lobby but they were always destroyed in the other stores so I’m torn. Fair pay displayed for hiring opportunities, what fantastic business owners! Unlike Kevin and Emily cook those guys are shady

Every time we order they either forgot one or more items or got items wrong.

They ran my card twice and told me it was declined I told them that’s not possible please run it again. They said no it’s declined. So I left I looked at my account and sure enough there’s money in it so I went to Starbucks and sure enough my card worked just fine. You need to better train your staff or get a different pos system.

Went through the drive through and had placed an online order for a large meal with intentions of sharing my large fry. However, this is the half full fry I got when I pulled it out of the bag. Disappointing that I pay to upgrade the size of my meal and don’t get what I’ve paid for.

This location and its owners prioritize pace, if you are lucky and your order is simple you will be prioritized, if not you will be parked and forgot about since they are skirting the timer by having you park offsite of it. (Think spots (1) (2) and the side spot (3). The managers are usually leading the charge on this, cascading terrible business practices onto minors and leveraging this locations high pay to conform to the tasteless business standards by the owners. You can usually visibly see the amount of stress and frustration on these children’s faces. This also means your food is accelerated and more often than not messed up, undercooked or incomplete. After watching 6 cars leave, paying $30, and waiting 15 minutes you get an incomplete, incorrect order, and a “Sorryyyyyy”. If that’s your cup of tea, have at it, but for me, a little respect for my time and money is worth more than a few bucks in savings. (Which is being liberal with McDonalds prices these days.)
