Today I had ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and unfortunately I only received a sausage McMuffin. Based on my order my sandwich did not include the egg or cheese. I unnoticed in the past 1 to 2 months when I stop by to place an order something was missing from my orders in the past. It is unfortunate since the location of the store is perfect when I am going to work. Not sure if I’ll ever return again since the inconsistencies of incorrect orders and it really is a shame. I remember this store always had everything correct more than 2 months ago and never had an issue. I would not recommend the store for anyone to frequent as my orders have been having way too many mistakes.

Sterile atmosphere inside. Not friendly at all. Went thru drive thru and our sandwiches were wrong. Went in to get the right ones. Not once did the manager or other employees apologize. When new sandwiches were ready they just placed bag on the now small front counter and she turned around. No words or acknowledgement.
Not sure i will come thru here again. Very poor customer service.

Ok, so this is the first McDonald’s where I felt like I was in a future Action Movie! We only ordered Coffee ☕, but the design of this McDonald’s is top notch. Overall the best thing other than the cool tables that light up like the floor in Saturday Night Fever, was the mens bathroom . I walked in& instantly knew I was in a fancy Mickey D’s. Gone is the usual putrid smell& small stall& urinal, now its replaced with beautiful black tile& fresh clean smell. The stall door was incredible, almost a s heavy as a safe! Only problem, no hand towels in the machine. Other than that its McDonald’s.

Ordered mcdelivery for the first time, the order took so long that the first dasher left. Food arrived cold and missing items. The items look like they were thrown together, one of the sandwiches wasn’t wrapped properly and was loose in the bag. I cant locate a receipt anywhere, in the app on the bag or email. The only resolution offered is contacting DoorDash. This is not a DoorDash problem. The restaurant provided cold and incomplete order items. Horrible service and customer service. I should be able to get a refund for the item that was never delivered.

My daughter and I stop by here every other Monday for lunch after her therapy sessions. Since June 2025, there hasn’t been an order where something was missing, a drink, fries, Happy Meal with no fries, Happy Meal with no Apple Juice, or a sandwich. I’d have to walk up to the counter and try and get the attention from one of the workers. It normally takes about 5 minutes.
The customer service is BEYOND terrible. Not even a greeting or a “Hi, we acknowledge you and will be with you shortly” It really feels like I’m an inconvenience to them and they can’t be bothered, and honestly if they spent 15-30 seconds to double check an order before sending it out, I wouldn’t be at the counter being an inconvenience for something I’ve already paid for.
Anyways, today I had our order for take-out as we were short on time. We get back and we’re missing an order of large fries. Not surprised, I tried calling the listed number here on Google Maps and it went to their fax machine. After 6 months of order issues, we won’t be coming back to this McDonalds, and we’ll look for alternate solutions for her lunch stop after her therapy sessions.

You can just tell that the people who work here don’t absolutely hate their jobs and have good management. I’m a doordash driver and every time I pick up an order they acknowledge me as soon as they see me, get the order to me quickly, they’re friendly, helpful and all seem to be in good spirits. Good job, guys!

Manager seem to be bother when she was taking my order. Then I came back because I was missing food and she was in the bagging area facing the register where I was standing. I made eye contact with her and she didn’t say anything instead she ignored me which was very weird because aren’t managers supposed to set an example? I didn’t get her name but she was wearing oversized glasses. I will definitely be contacting corporate about it.

Every single table was dirty when we came in. We scanned the dine-in code on the table so they would bring us the food, didnt happen (kid yelled our table number across the place to come pick it up). Food was cold, they forgot sauce, napkins, and one of the drinks (when I got the drink it tasted like it sat cause it was mostly water).
When I walked up to the counter to ask for the sauce, 5 kids are standing around in a circle talking, 2 of them see me standing there waiting and ignore me, then the youngest looking one turns and sees me to finally come help. Sauce she gives me is open/broken and other ones are sticky.
Trash bins were also full on exiting. Overall, one of the worst McDonald’s we’ve dined in.

Went here at 11:30 pm on February 9th 2026.. placed a order and got my whole order wrong!!!! Next didnt even get my receipt back and the food i got was wrong! Went back and still didnt get my food right again!! I couldn’t do anything because I had to get back to my sick baby at children’s hospital!! Talk about McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food..smh!!!
