10/4/25 at about 3:40pm after getting my order through the drive-through, I had to get back into the drive-through line because I had two missing snack wraps still with the fresh hot food in the bags I was told through the intercom I couldn’t get help. Everything was in the bags I was willing to give them the bags back so that they can see I was missing two more items. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was the manager did not provide me with her name and said she would not be helping me and to make matters worse. My 2 1/2 old was eating her Burger as she started coughing, I go to check on her and pull hair out of her mouth. I checked the burger, and there was hair on the meat!

Why is it i come in today they refuse to give me a cup with a game pieace on it and the one on my fries had been pre removed and no bacon on my burger I ordered with bacon but 6 nuggets in the 4 count box yay I guess

They spilled our drinks everywhere, twice, and wouldn’t get us new ones. Whose paying for our dry cleaning??? EDIT: Wait, what?? You spilled drinks on us, then refuse to refill them because you “have a line and we’re busy” then KICK US OUT for being angry, while we just wanted the drinks before our food got cold, ruining a 4-year olds birthday party. We paid $70 (SEVENTY!!) for food you wouldn’t even let us eat. Shame on you. Was this payback for me leaving this bad review right in front of you? Shame on you shift manager.

Great McDonald’s! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how it should be. The staff was friendly, fast, and had great customer service, which made the experience even better. The restaurant was clean and well-run. Easily one of the better McDonald’s locations—I’ll definitely be back.

Not very friendly, early in the morning at the drive thru and had to go inside due to them forgetting a Mcspoon And I said, thank you and no acknowledgement. Maybe basic manners are a thing of the past, and maybe you won’t miss my business, but a simple good morning and thank you will go a long way.

Don’t use the app to order at this McDonalds. I ordered on the app. I was a couple of minutes away. Pulled up to order area and gave order number, then went to window to pick up food. About 1/4 mile going home, I tasted my fries. They were stone cold. Home in 3 minutes. The burger was also cold. Very unhappy with meal.

The female at the intercom in lane 1 was very rude. The girls at the 2nd window on their phones. My order was wrong. Waste of time going back to fix because you stand in the lobby for 10 mins or more before anyone notices you. I worked McDonald’s for 8 years, 5 of those was management, you should be order checking before you had it out just saying. If its too much then you probably shouldn’t be in a customer based job.

Surprised only 3.5 perhaps they had a bad spell. Day shift customer service oriented. Very clean only negative is no place to charge phone. Almost gave a 5 because it is so clean. Also front staff able to answer questions. Bought a gift card because yesterday when I went to BK got offered $1 sandwich and it expired. Other customers report food is fine so able to give 5 stars there. Boycotting MC

Went around 9:15-9:20 tonight and the guy taking my order was super quick and asked how my night was going. Very personable especially for fast food. My order came out within a minute, and I was very impressed all around with the crew working. 12/10. These guys killed it.
