I live in a land of great local, traditional taco shops. I usually go to them. I don’t know what it is but every now and then, I get a craving for Taco Bell. The $5 lunch box has everything I need. And when I don’t want to eat alone I grab a box of tacos to share with friends at work. It usually goes, “You want a taco? No thanks I have a salad. It’s from Taco Bell. Well maybe just one”. So please support your local taco shops but don’t be afraid to Live Mas and Run to the Border when you get a craving.
As for this particular place, I assume it’s clean. I’ve never been inside. They did tear down the old style TB of the 80’s and built this one. I always drive thru. The same nice lady has been working the lunch shift the last few years. Atmosphere is either my car or workroom.

This location is not up to standard. I only got 4 pieces of steak in my taco. Also the drive-thru employee was really rude.

I went through the drive thru a little before 10pm. There were 2 cars in front of me, but I still only waited a couple minutes to grab my food and pay. The food was good, the drive thru worker was nice and efficient. Def of the better taco bell drive thru experiences I’ve had.

They literally have gotten to the point where they want you to take your own order on a kiosk. It’s very time-consuming to put in a special order. Feel like employees prefer to be cooks and point at kiosk. Where is my employee discount, seriously I feel like I work there and not like a customer. I’m sure they are following manager instructions but count your days taco bell because the public don’t wanna pay to work oh and wipe down the tables in between each customer. Crumbs on almost every table. Change my mind and I’ll change my 2 rating.

This is by far the best Taco Bell location in the west valley. I eat here a lot and I have never had a bad experience. Food is always fresh and made correctly for vegitarian customizations. If I have to wait a minute for the food they always give me a free drink the manager and staff are so friendly. I will go out of my way to visit this location every time. Thank you guys

Went to wash my hands before I ordered. Bathrooms have a coded lock. Ok. Screw it. Went to counter. Stood there a while. Didn’t see any employees. Finally a male employee came from the back. He was wearing a black mask. I tried to joke with him a bit, asking if he was still afraid of covid. He ignored my question, and in a sarcastic tone, asked me if I was ready to order. I got a very bad vibe from this kid and decided to just walk out. Not sure ,with unfriendly attitudes like this, how this location has a 4+ star rating.

Food was hot and made to order. The problem was the area inside. All the tables were dirty and floor was dirty. Lots of wrappers and paper all near the soda fountain and the place wasn’t busy.
