With a line of about ten people at the counter, personnel did not show their face, pretended not to hear the calls from the customer, with a couple simply saying “be with you shortly” while walking by without even an eye contact acknowledgement. The customer service here is atrocious. Staff remained huddled in the back. The employees that eventually showed up after a very long wait, were rude and obnoxious. I’m surprised more of us didn’t walk out. Even drive thru people were entering the building complaining of the wait. The wait for the food is another story. Management needs to be retrained.

Place is gross .No one cleaning tables and trash can filled up . 12/6/2025 10:18 my order was placed . Did not receive my food till about 10:45 both morning manager are women with an angry attitude . Workers were skipping orders. I had to go ask for my food about 3 times before they could give it to me. Manager worried more about drive thru time than dine in . PLACE NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!

I like to stop at McDonald’s for a coffee and or breakfast. I stopped by today and the food was good, but my coffee had a nasty surprise for me. I had drank most of my coffee and had about a quart of it left. I started driving and took a drink and started choking on coffee grounds. I spit it out back into the cup and sprayed myself with coffee and coffee grounds onto my sweater. I pulled over and had to rinse out my mouth of all the grit from the grounds. Horrible experience drinking and choking on those coffee grounds.

I use this McDonald’s often because its on my way, the staff usually is responsive but not always. The drive thru is ok to use, but definitely avoid dining in unless you have kids and they want to use the jungle gym. If that’s the case you may want to lower your expectations a bit. In my opinion the recent remodel made things worse. I wish I could rate it higher.

I asked specifically for extra mustard, twice. These people must be incompetent or dont understand what mustard is because they served me extra ketchup instead of the mustard i requested. This has happened various times and i still try to not hold it against them but this is straight incompetence. If you want a correct order just head to the one in the walmart right up Mesa, theyll get you right. Also they dont make you wait 20 minutes for a single meal

I leave work, beyond exhausted and hungry and think – you know what, I think I’ll go to McDonalds and get me a sandwich and a simple cheeseburger meal for my boyfriend. No biggie. BIGGEST MISTAKE. I go to the drive through I get my drink and I pay for the stuff. I get told to park and wait. Ok. Cool. Fine. So I wait. 5 other cars park next to me several minutes later. Ok now we’re all waiting. 5 minutes pass and the guy brings the neighboring vehicle’s spawns their happy meals. Another 10 minutes pass and all the cars are gone? So I asked the guy and said hey what’s going on? The dude, completely clueless, ask for my receipt. Another 10 mins pass. Still no food. So I am livid at this point. I am exhausted from working all day after all. Finally, after nearly 40 minutes of waiting I get my food. COLD. Staff is legit stupid here. Go to a different McDonalds.

Didn’t experience the food issues like the other reviews for this location. Ours came out in a timely manner, fresh, and nothing missing. My complaint is that the bathroom soap was empty and there wasn’t any hand sanitizer available anywhere. The manager said the truck wouldn’t be here until tomorrow with soap to refill the bathrooms. Not sure how long they have been out, so that makes me concerned for the cleanliness of the place.
My kids enjoyed the play place and they will be getting a hot bath right after this!!

By far the worst MCDs! Placed an order on the mobile app. I get to the parking and waited over 20mins for my order…just for it to be cold. They were not busy. I’m done with this MCDs. This has not been an isolated incident. I have had this happen two other times. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I rather drive the extra 5 minutes to go to the mcds inside Walmart. Better customer service and at least my food is warm.

Went at 3:47am today, a lady said they were only taking cash we ordered 2 of the hot and spicy mcchickens, 2 medium pineapple mango smoothies, a small hi c, and 2 hot honey mc crispys the price would of been 26.33 but the lady tried to charge us $36 seems like she was trying to pocket some cash thankfully my friend knew that wasn’t the right price and we didn’t get scammed by her. Y’all need to hire better people.
