Very good place and ribs are so good! Only thing is that for some reason where we were sitting near the window is was smelling a bit like sewage.
Of course the first ribs rack is better as they prepare it with the sauce, but the next rounds they bring the ribs without sauce and you add it yourself, which means the sauce is not absorbed well by the meat and the sauce is not cold. But regardless, still very tasty and will go back!

Found Mozart while exploring Brussels and it turned out to be one of the best meals of the trip.

We went for the all-you-can-eat ribs, which is a dangerous concept if you have no self-control — but absolutely worth it. The ribs were incredible: fall-off-the-bone tender and packed with flavour. Easily some of the best I’ve had.

The sides were just as impressive. The jacket potato was unbelievably soft, probably the best we’ve ever had, and the fries were fresh, crispy and delicious.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a proper buzzing restaurant. Really reasonable for being in the city too.

If you like ribs and you’re in Brussels, this place is a must. Just arrive hungry.

We had dinner at the popular Mozart and immediately opted for their all-you-can-eat ribs. Three of us ordered three different favour of ribs. Each rib came with a salad and a choice of fries or baked potato. We opted for baked potato, but each table also came with a serving of fries. Also, there were a bowl of butter and a cup of Mozart rib sauce, and so we could keep adding butter to our potato. After we finished the ribs, the waiter brought a large bowl of ribs to see if we needed more. The ribs were delicious and affordable. The service was warm and friendly. I liked the vibe of the restaurant a lot and I truly think it is a must visit when anyone in Brussels.

After a very satisfying meal, we realized that there was a 40% discount on food as we booked the table via The Fork! What an amazing fay for us~

We where rocomended a restaurant, but it was full and people are standing in a queue infront of it, so we decided to find another one with available seats, we found Mozart, we entered and there were more than 25 seats available, they gave us a table, and after 15 minutes the Mozart was full.
The staff was extremely nice polite helpful, we ordered our food, the food arrived quickly and well presented and hot , our three main dishes were excellent, we had the best meal in Brussels, so far, I will start recomending it to whoever is going to Brussels.
The restaurant has a second floor with more tables, the decorations and walls are artistically decorated.
maybe the toilet should be better taken care of.

We were there on Tue 24th Sep 2025. There are 45 of us and they served us with fair time awaiting for order. The food was amazing but the pink sauce served in the middle of the table. It was quite salty. The all-you-can-eat ribs were special and savoury.
At the end of the evening, the cheese cake for dessert was really appreciated. Strongly recommend, also for the friendly service.

Mozart in Brussels is located in the centre of the city, with Grand Place a short walk away. I visited here after hearing good things about their gluten-free options. I was originally hoping to try the ribs, which seem to be this place’s speciality, although I was later advised against it by my server due to the risk of cross-contamination, so I instead opted for the steak.

I wasn’t too pleased with the steak, while it was cooked fine, the meat was super thick and slightly dry, the jacket potato side was almost inedible, as it was hard and super dry. I was advised against having their signature butter too, which was already on the table, although this looked old, and like it had been there for some time, so I wouldn’t have liked to have it anyway.

The fries didn’t taste fresh and tasted like the typical frozen ones that you can get almost everywhere, although the presentation with the mayo and Belgian flag was nice, I expected more from the country where fries were created.

The interior was large and fairly comfortable, with seating both indoors and outdoors, but I found the interior to feel more like I was back in the early 2000s.

I didn’t have a great time here, and it does seem the dining experience would be considerably better if you don’t have allergies, and I would be unlikely to return in the future.

Fantastic dinner and desert! The lamb chops were perfectly done and the chocolate mousse was light and fluffy. Recommended to reserve for dinner, it gets busy! Great experience.

The atmosphere was great, lovely background music, and the team were amazing. Always having a smile and ready to support. They were very proactive in walking around to offer more ribs to those customers that chose all you can eat ribs. The portion size is huge, we could not eat everything on the plate. In our view the side salad was a bit disappointing and we would have liked to understand that the baked potato is served with a curry butter sauce before ordering. The ribs were melting in the mouth and the chicken skewer was tasty and cooked well. The Belgian fries were amazing! So crispy and delicious.

It was busy when we first went so we came back the next evening. I suggest you book your table if you plan to dine in after 6PM. The hospitality is superb! From the moment you enter, seated, and even while having the meal you are well taken care of.
We ordered the Spare Ribs all you can eat with the choice of Mozart (smokey honey flavor), Classic (Sweet and Spicy) and the Seasoned (Salsa). I chose the Mozart and it’s perfect for me. It comes with a side of baked potato, salad and they gave us a fries. Paired with cherry flavoured beer. Would love it more if the ribs are juicy.

This restaurant is famous for its eat as much as you like ribs. It is very busy and you should make a reservation.

The food is copious. You definitely do not need a starter! The dishes come with their signature baked potato plus chips and salad. We had way too much and could not finish it all.

The price is reasonable for the amount of food you get.
