I’ve been here multiple occasions however this is about the 5th time we come to this Mcdonald’s and they are all different times, different levels of busy and still I get terrible quality food. The flavor is fine, the staff is okay but I swear it’s like they throw the food into the wrapper and call it good. I keep coming back unfortunately because it’s the closest one to the house. Little disappointed, always come here and it has never disappointed me. I order 2 cheeseburgers meal with smoothie and large drink on side. My large drink wasn’t near Full would say it quarter of past half the fries was little bit cold. Asked for extra cheese and onions and paid extra! Never got the extra. 14$ wasted ☹️

Came here literally just tonight because husband and I weren’t feeling like making dinner tonight, 05/13/23 at 8.15pm. Out of the several times we went to this place, only two times were a pleasant experience. Don’t even bother trying to order anything extra on the side like apple pies because every single time, they will forget it – literally just happened to us tonight and I’m not sitting 20 minutes in line again just to have them fight me to correct a mistake on their part. Oh, and don’t want pickles? You better start wanting them because they will be added either way. Fries are generally either cold or unsalted or both. Dinner lines through the drive thru are outrageously slow.

They are so incredibly slow. This is my 7th time visiting this location just to make sure i wasnt tripping the first 6 times. A 2 star restaurant with all handicapped personnel would make the food faster and tastier than this location, and with friendlier service.

I don’t know what exactly is up with this place. Terrible service, I asked if there was anything wrong or to why my online order wasn’t going through. Someone rudely told me that they didn’t do door dash on that certain day and told me that it wasn’t there problem. Today I placed an order and for some reason my fries are dead cold and my sandwiches were too. From my dasher they told me that they were having a hard time picking it up just because McDonald’s employees wouldn’t give it to them. I’m a server, even though I don’t want to be at work all the time it doesn’t give me a right to be rude to my customers.

I’m a foodie at heart, enjoying food is my thing but good customer care I think is so very important. I stopped eating at McDonald’s years ago and I went there today not remembering why…but then it was brought back to my memory. They don’t care about good customer experiences because everyone eats there and they don’t have to, just because you had a bad experience I don’t think it means anything to them. This time and the last time I went to this same McDonald’s, I ordered a Filet-O-fish and a small French fries and look at the fries I got….which was my same exact complaint the last time…but what do they care I am just one person of many. I’ve learned my lesson this time, I will not give them my hard earned money any more.

I ordered a big Mac combo amd a ice cream cone they parked me for a ice cream cone and took 15 minutes before they brought it out I even called the restaurant and told them u guys literally parked me for a ice cream cone and been wating for a while now they still took a while to bring it out and even if that when they brought me my cone it was melted in a cup I asked for a ice cream cone not a ice cream cone melted in a cup! Terrible service!! Every time I come to this mc donalds I always have to wait forever for my order!!!
