Set in line for 6 minutes at drive thru for a breakfast then the clean up Matilda me to go to window. Every time I go there for breakfast I have to wait or call inside and see if they are taking orders. The people are nice but they need help

Went in the drive thru ordered 2 cooked to order fries I’ve worked in fast food before for years those fries were thrown back in the fryer to be reheated which over cooked them and when we both don’t have teeth to eat them it was a bummer they were over cooked for sure. People working there should not do that. Also I asked the drive thru guy if the fries were cooked to order he lied and said yes. That was wrong so if you want fresh fries tell them no salt so you can get them fresh otherwise they will throw them in the fryer to reheat the cooked ones which makes them taste horrible, burnt and hard to eat. Thanks McDonald’s employee that did that.

We had such a terrible experience here. I wish we would have went to chickfila for lunch instead. We came here so I could bring my kids to play. Mind you we hardly ever eat Mcdonalds and have never ate inside this one. We finally decided to come just so my kids could play here after they eat . Well we came and the playground/whole room was “out of service” just because they were cleaning it but why close it right at lunch time?? Why not wait until early morning when y’all open or at night before y’all close. Or at least let the kids still play because it doesn’t get in the way of yall mopping. Terrible experience for us. First and last time coming. It just doesn’t make sense and is such an inconvenience to customers who traveled to come inside to eat.

This place is usually a hit or miss for me some days it’s quick great service food is hot other days I go it’s slow staff is rude and the food is cold it’s good when they are on point but just to be safe roll some dice before going cause that’s about the odds you have for a great experience

The food was hot and came out in a timely manner. My biggest gripe is the cleanliness the entire lobby from the front door to the play area is covered in French fries and trash. It wasn’t that busy when we arrived and after awhile we were the only customers in the restaurant for about 30 min and still nobody was going around to clean.

Sign says lobby opens at six am…was there at 5.45 am waiting. Doors looked at 15 after 6 this morning. Finally got in by customer opening door from inside. Cashier was complaining that she didn’t want door open . I don’t know what their problem was until one of the employees said shift last night lost keys. Ok this explains why doors weren’t unlocked. What it doesn’t explain is why the owner or upper management was not there to see doors were open. Took forever to get food and I watched six customers turn around and walk away. You be the judge. Got to tell it like I see it.Will not recommend pics were at about 6.30 am this morning.

They did not ask to clarify if I only wanted the burger or the bundle that is 50 cents cheaper and comes with fries. The lady was very rude when we asked and made it clear that they just don’t care if they get it wrong. When I opened my 4 dollar burger a bite seemed to be missing from the burger patty hidden from view. Seems they do this often on purpose to rip off the customers. Don’t go to this McDonald’s. Update second burger also was missing some burger patty they stealing tiny bits of meat to survive

At this McDonald’s, the double cheese was around 4 dollars, and a mc double is around 3 dollars. I’m not sure why prices vary from store to store . The fries were hot and good .

The MD in Snyder proved to be a big disappointment the last few inside visits that I made. There were no napkins and the trash was overflowing, food and trash on the floor as I walked in right by the front door. We were struggling at the order menu and no one offered assistance even though I tried to get their attention. I might do drive through again but never dine in again. McDonald’s used to be on point, seems like poor management.
