Poor customer service
They don’t listen when taking orders.
They always forget something every single time I visit and when you ask them to correct the problem they get an attitude.
I am not a racist but for crying out loud can we get crew members that speak and understand English clearly?!
I know the language barrier is part of the reason they keep messing up people order.
McDonald’s is slowing loosing its appeal with places like Raising Canes and Chic Fila maintaining good quality food attached to good quality customer service.
The customer is not always right but if you want me to keep spending my money in your establishment you have to be able to meet me half way.
After a long day at work and navigating through traffic the last thing I need is for my meal to be messed up!!
They took the order for the Big Mac meal then did not include it then told me to go back around to re order it!? Half my order got cold waiting for them to fix the problem!!
The manager was extremely mood talking about “give me my money” after they did not include part of my order!
I demanded a refund because I no longer wanted food from this establishment and will Never come back to this location again!
After multiple times of pulling off and finding all of my order not in the bag after paying I do not recommend coming to this location
Or at least don’t be in a rush at a fast food restaurant cuz you have to do their job for them and check for accuracy before pulling off
Lastly the frappes are coming out watered down!!

Got their breakfast special there egg McMuffin hash browns and a small coffee for $5. It was excellent. Very quick service. Couldn’t get my money out of my pocket. Fast enough at the drive-thru .

The food is always hot and good, but one step inside this building and you get the sense that there’s no pride. I entered this restaurant at about 3:50 pm on Wednesday May 10th. No welcoming words from any of the personnel, just conversations in the kitchen about their personal lives as they acted as though customers can’t hear them. You really get the sense that there’s no pride in this building when you see how dirty the tables are and how long they stay dirty. 15 minutes into my visit, and still no associates coming out to clean the tables. I came in and updated the review at 4:27 pm, still no cleaning done. It was hard to find a place to sit without feeling disgusted. From the dirty tables to the decrepit furniture and some patrons cursing in the dining room while no employees did anything about it, I can tell nobody that works here cares about their job. Ownership needs to take control and fix this.

Years ago was good now horrible workers can’t even speak English . The manager is rude if she’s the actual manager . Very poor customer service the workers are horrible. Very disappointing just go to the McDonald’s on post road or elsewhere. This location needs training. And people who speak English

What a filthy, disgusting experience walking into this McDonald’s. Obviously no one cares to check and clean the dining area. Food all over the floors, trash on tables and the floor. It makes you wonder how often they clean the bathrooms, the soda dispensers or the kitchen. Stay far away from this poorly managed, disgusting place!

Always a wait even when ordered on app ahead of time, apparently this location hates lettuce because every item I order here has maybe 2 shreds of lettuce. Worst McDonald’s in the area, drive to Milford instead.
