The past two trips were a nightmare.

On Monday, I ordered four McChickens that were prepared incorrectly. I went inside to have the issue corrected but waited an additional twenty minutes while four new orders were completed ahead of mine. Employees watched me as they prepared the order.

Today, I attempted to order with cash. I waited at the register for twenty minutes because the kiosks do not accept cash. After flagging down an employee, a language barrier required the manager to intervene. She took my order, then left for the original cashier to check me out. Due to continued communication issues, I eventually left.

This location has poor customer service, though it is fine if everything goes right the first time.

They gave my order right and my food was good there was no mold on my burger buns, my meat patties weren’t overcooked and were perfectly cooked and not cold, my chicken nuggets were not dry and good, no mold on my fries, the BBQ sauce was good with the chicken nuggets, and my Dr. Pepper was good!

Definitely not 24 hours, the lady that came to the window after waiting for quite some time then told me they open at 4am . Which was also a lie, I came back at 4:07 and she then said they weren’t open yet can couldn’t give a reason why. Please update your hours of service so others don’t waste their time as I did.

Today had to have been the worst experience here ever. I’m used to the screw up here or there, however this tops the cake for me. I did the mobile order like I usually do since I work in construction and it’s easier to grab and go. I placed my order at 6:50 a.m. with a 2-5 minute wait period only to leave at 7:20-25 a.m with cold food and no condiments. I had ordered the hotcakes and sausage with 1 extra sausage, a hash brown on the side, and a bottle of water. I am not ok with the fact that as I went up to find out about my order that 1.) it was sitting on the counter out of reach for customers, 2.) that I was walked by multiple employees including the manager with no concerns to find out what I needed, and 3.) that when I was finally given my order that all contents were cold. Hotcakes are not appetizing once cold. I did not have the luxury to stay and have my order fixed since I already used the significant time and had to continue on to work. Overall, a terrible performance from this location this morning.

During my walk in visit, on this one day, it appeared that they were training or didn’t have their best crew on duty. Very slow service, it looked like there was a lot of confusion, they were out of spicy mustard, the hamburger was poorly made, and the Mcnuggets were very dry. Maybe they shouldn’t conduct training with multiple kids during a prime time. In all fairness I usually use the drive through and the service is really good.

Coffee hasn’t been that good lately. I usually enjoy a hot cup of McDonald’s coffee every day literally every day….for at least 2 weeks at this location it’s been really weak hardly a taste. Brand taste completely different. Not good in my opinion? Anyone else notice?

Many things were out of stock including Chip Ahoy frappe and ice cream. Many of the things I ordered were not given to me such as my bottled water, two souces, and milkshakes. I am an understanding person but I believe that they could have done much better which they’re service than what they did today.
