So I actually do like their food. However I ordered my food at 6:17 pm. I did not receive food until 7:22 at the check out window. No matter how busy it is you should be able to manage to get food out reasonably, and if not then don’t tell people it’s coming soon. Hire more workers or something especially when you know a Friday night can get busy

Wow… not a good experience at this Hacienda. Understaffed. The food sat too long and was mushy. The waitress was friendly, but simply not great. Literally didn’t eat a third of my Burrito, and my wife barely ate half of her food.
Sorry. Hate to leave bad reviews, but go to a different Hacienda…. this was my first and last time at this Hacienda. Oh yeah… the flight of Margheritas was good. Had to sit in the bar area because the app to get in line wasn’t correct. It said no wait, and the lobby was overflowing.

Unfortunately, Elkhart Hacienda is not like it used to be. I’d advise anyone to please read the other reviews on Google before wasting your time and money on this establishment. I don’t appreciate being treated like I don’t know what good food and good service is, because I definitely do. I’ve been going to this restaurant my entire life and today was most likely the last time I’d waste my time and money there. It’s definitely went downhill.

Hands down my favorite Haci location! Clarissa was an amazing waitress and knew how to upsell without being overbearing or pushy. We loved having her as our server! The food here seems like it’s made fresh compared to other hacienda’s, which we REALLY appreciated! We will be back! I got the food truck tacos which were absolutely INCREDIBLE! I highly recommend them!

Who in Indiana is eating this stuff and giving good ratings because it can’t be true!? I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but wow! The flavor of the “Famous Wet Burrito” was terrible. You can definitely tell the tortilla is bleached flour. The Chips & Salsa To Go is a huge NO. It’s just all wrong. Flavors are absolutely not good. We will definitely not be ordering again.Famous Wet is a no. BurritoFresh Burrito Bowl was worse than Chipotle. DD order.

Tad bit pricey but the mild and spicier green sauce is pretty good. The chips were also decent. I had ordered the briris quesadilla tacos. They were pretty tasty. Definitely not the best Mexican food I’ve ever had but if you’re looking for good Mexican food off of the turnpike it’s worth checking out.

I’ve been eating at Hacienda since 1978. Let’s be clear, it’s Americanized Mexican food. You’re either going to love their salsa or hate it. I personally love it. They generally have good food and service. They need to bring back the cheese dip and not have it frozen like they did the last time (unevenly warmed every single time), but absolutely the best thing ever on their menu. The frozen margaritas are fantastic. Every location has parking issues but it’s a solid restaurant. When they have specials (only in the summer) there are a few that they should keep but thus far just one taco option and with all the authentic in the area now…Hacienda needs to step up its game or risk losing serious market share.

Went back for a refund from the Mgr Chris and he mocked me in front of his staff and made sarcastic remarks about me requesting a refund. Absolutely rude!
