Food was perfect and we were picky we had our Autistic Daughter with us and it came out exactly how she wanted it! Our server was amazing and relayed to the cooks well and thanked them for us. The place was super clean. Bathrooms were clean. We had our service dog with us and our server didn’t even know he was there until we left. The hostess smiled and said and that is how a service dog is supposed to behave lol. We will definitely be back now that we know this is here when we at traveling back and forth to see the family.

The first sign that I should have picked up on was the fact that there was no silverware on the table that we were seated at. When the waitress finally did take our order, she only brought us one out of the two waters that we ordered. After waiting about 10 minutes, we were able to snag another waiter to bring as a small glass of water. 35 minutes later after contemplating if we should have just went to McDonald’s, our food showed up. (Well most of it) we ordered biscuits and gravy (because apparently there is a shortage on waffles, and they were all sold out), and I thought maybe the demand on gravy was worse than the shortage of waffles, but to my great surprise, they had only forgotten to serve it. However, not sure if it’s normal to let the syrup drip off the plate and make a sticky mess all over the table, but after counting the cost and weighing my options, I did request a bigger plate for the pancakes, because I just didn’t feel like wearing syrup for the rest of the day. After all the frustration of the extremely slow service, and the missing items on our order, we opted to just go ahead and eat our meal cold, because we figured it would probably take them an atitional hour to get our food warmed up to the proper temperature. In total it was about an hour and twenty minutes of our lives that we will never get back. When asked if we would ever come back, I am really not sure. They have been good in the past, but today….. not so good. If we do return, we’ll I dont know when I will be able to find the time

The only reason this is not a 5 rating was all of our pancakes were scrunched, smaller, then the usual. Place looks new, food was good, service was great, willbe back.

Not a review kind of guy but when you get served a plate of cold food. Especially as a over the road driver. Kind of grinds your gears. Raw pancakes, still frozen smoked sausage and cold hash browns. Im surprised the over easy egg was cooked right.

Be careful. I ordered food at IHOP , I got a milkshake and a sandwich, they say we can’t do milkshakes the ice cream is block . Won’t refund it but you can pick something else. nothing I want is $8 sooo I loose money? And I open my sandwich the bread is soggy and the meat is almost non existent and burnt. And no it didn’t sit I got here immediately. Terrible terrible service. And a sorry isn’t good enough. They should have refunded my money

We stopped in and had a great meal. The food was wonderful, I had an omelette along with hash browns and my husband had a hamburger with fries. Our food was hot and delicious just the way we like it. We didn’t have to wait for a seat, we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very nice, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere at this IHOP is very relaxing and calm. I love breakfast food so I can always count on IHOP having a variety of breakfast items. We are sure glad we stopped in! I highly recommend coming in for a nice enjoyable meal.

We came in hungry and usually im not very picky and leave things even when theres mistakes but my girlfriend found left over hash browns in her hot chocolate and spit it back out. Than a fork had a small taste of salsa on my fork and thr food was alright but not enough to fill you up I got the big breakfast burrito with a side of a pancake away not something im mad about just kitchen need to get some new people in there. People next to us had a undercooked egg too not great experience.

Seriously short-staffed. A group of 15 or more waited fir 20 minutes but then left. My food was cold. Didn’t get my drink. Don’t care. Leaving and never coming back.

They have no straws apparently only ten left. The coffee we received is cold. We waited almost an hour for our food. Food came and it wasn’t even all of it and forgot my toast until I reminded them
