You know I like my MCD’S, I’ve been looking for two years to get me the Grinch Happy Meal. Low and behold they finally made it to Lubbock Texas!
Okay here we go…this is a two parter. Last year I went to three states to get these Grinch socks, no go. This year I only had to drive 110 miles to get them. Plus my brother scored me two more pairs in Dallas…bam!
Second part, talked my wife into getting a Grinch Happy Meal, too(this is how I got my second pair of socks). More important than the socks is after 30 years of marriage I find out she never had a Big Mac. So sad that long without a Big Mac.
P.S. she got halfway through her Big Mac and noticed the second hamburger patty…lol
P.P.S. by the way socks fit good look great. Bon Appetit.

It was good. Good fast service. They delivered exactly what I ordered. Ive never had issues with mcdonalds. Everyone was very nice and helpful. All had smiles.

Honestly the best location in town! A tall man with glasses seemed the team leader was a beautiful professional way about him I hope he gets a raise he’s above and beyond little things that I notice and keeps me coming back it’s worth the short walk from my house!

I would give ZERO stars if I could.
I called because after I bit into my burger I saw it was raw. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was one. I told her what burger I had and she proceeded to tell me that QPC burgers are medium rare: 1) I’ve NEVER heard that and 2) I have never received ANY burger from McDonald’s as “medium rare.” They have always been fully cooked, look all brown inside.
After feeling like they are disregarding my issue I told her that I would be going back and if I could receive anything else for now having to waste gas. She then told me no, all she could do was give me a new burger or refund. All the while I could hear a tone in her voice that suggested she was smiling or thinking it was funny that I was so upset.
Unless you want “medium rare” burgers that are more like rare and from a restaurant that isn’t even to the scale of a luxury restaurant to be making burgers this way, I suggest you get your family a meal elsewhere. Management here apparently doesn’t care about your health, safety or hard earned money.

Cold fries, terrible customer service everyone is in a horrible mood due to bad management, and they absolutely love to take it out on their customers even in the morning, middle of the day, etc. Terrible atmosphere, like a depressing push for the mcdonald’s we used to go to, with gloomy employees and managers who bring down the general environment of the restaurant, drive through, and total experience. If you need quick food that is usually cold, drop by. If you want decently warm food, livable customer service, and a somewhat okay restaurant experience, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

The meat was literally raw, and we tried to call more than 3 times with no answer. When they did answer the lady was very rude 0/10 do not go to this McDonald’s. Also no ice was in my drink it was room temp and the fries where very cold upon arrival

I came inside the McDonald’s to pick up a delivery order and no one even acknowledged me. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, but the employees acted like I wasn’t there. I waited for nothing. Really disappointing service

My food is never on the mobile order shelf. And it was behind the counter. What’s worse it they helped two people that got there after I did. Then talked to me like I wasn’t worthy of the time of day. Then called me a man. No apology. I don’t recommend this location.
