The food was wonderful! The ceviche was fantastic, the elote was tasty, I’m not sure I am a fan of eating it off the rib of the corn, but hey sometimes you gotta try something new! The corn risto was good as was the infamous birria tacos. The bar was backed up, so waited a bit to get our drink, but the drink was strong and delightful!
Really the only downside was they ran out of a few appetizer items, we went the day after valentines but possibly better planning could have prepared them for the next. Overall the place was romantic and fun they do pack a lot of tables close together so you are sitting pretty close to your neighbors, but overall the vibe and the atmosphere was amazing. We’ll totally be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful Valentine’s dinner here last night. The food was amazingly and the drinks were fantastic! Izzie (I’m not sure if that’s how she spelled it), our bartender, was superb. She made sure that we were well taken care of and made great drink suggestions. Best (not anymore after follow up visit — see below update) Mexican food in all of Arizona!Quite possibly the Southwest USA! Excellent food, classy service, and upscale atmosphere with live music, too. The chefs in the kitchen wear the cowboy hats, as well! Food and drink presentation was excellent. Will definitely be back. Thank you to our server Oscar for making it a great experience.

Came back for the 2nd time for our anniversary. Service with Matt was 5 stars and he made the atmosphere terrific! Food this time around was 3 stars/meh: Chicken was dry and fish was as good as what we could get at Olive Garden or similar. Maybe it was a busy food night but they were not a full house—so maybe the cook just neglected precision in our instance. Def not worth the price paid this time around.

The food was truly great! Every dish we tried was flavorful, perfectly prepared, and showcased high-quality ingredients. Equally amazing were the drinks, which were creative and expertly crafted.
However, what truly elevated the evening was the incredible service, particularly from the very friendly and amazing Diana. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her service was professional yet warm, making our dinner feel special.
I would be happy to go back to Miel de Agave, not only for the superb food and drinks but also for Diana. She is a massive asset to any restaurant! If you are looking for a fantastic meal paired with top-tier service, ask for Diana you won’t be disappointed. Highly, highly recommended!

We had a great experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented. The pork belly chicharrones were perfectly crispy with rich flavor, and the avocado mousse added a smooth, fresh contrast that tied the dish together really well. The shrimp aguachile was equally impressive—fresh, vibrant, and packed with bold citrus and spice.
Our server, Alex, made the experience even better. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, checking in at just the right times and making us feel genuinely welcomed. Excellent food and excellent service—we’ll definitely be back.

Great spot to go with friends or on a date! Had some live music and the servers were fantastic and kind. Shoutout to Matthew! The quesabirria was good but nothing crazy but the guacamole was fire! The chicarron burger was also the bees knees. Woop Woop!

Too much fun for me and my friend. This spot is very calm and laid back. I got the Sonora’s Tacos and she got the Tacos Dorado’s. These are appetizers and we’re both too full to finish. Next time I am getting the risotto. Looking forward to my next visit.

This was my first stop in town. The staff was attentive. My waitress, Jazmy, was friendly and helpful. I had the Aguachiles, the Birra Torta, and a PricklyPear Mocktail. All were delicious. The atmosphere was great. There was live music at the perfect volume, loud but no so loud you couldn’t have a conversation at the table. I will be going back.

This was my first time here and cane with my mom to celebrate my birthday. We sat at the bar since it was just the two of us and it was perfect. The display of Tequilas was a beautiful view. We had Izzy as our bartender/waitress and she was great. Great attitude and had great recommendations. The food was amazing. I had the Surf n Turf and my mom had the Quesabirria. For dessert we shared the two chocolate chip cookies with fruit on top. Unfortunately that wasn’t good. The cookies were not warmed and a little on the hard side. Other than that everything was great and the vibes were awesome. Before I forget they did have live music which I enjoyed very much.
