I can’t give a cero stars that’s why I give one star, i’ve been all over the country, California, Texas, Ohio, Chicago, Minneapolis, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, and more ,many many cities. This is the worst McDonald’s in the whole country I believe don’t recommend.

Two different days I went the same employee lockes the toilet section. Told the employee I was waiting more than 15min they had to the unlock the restroom. Another day Bought big Mac cambo they gave me wrong stuff with no tickets on the boxes of monopoly games. It’s all fall advertisements

Food was meh. While ordering at the drive thru we had to constantly repeat the order. Young man at the second window wanted us to park in marked spaces that were occupied. When we finally get the food the burgers were poorly wrapped and the nuggets were all over the bottom of the bag. They were just thrown in there and the box was not sealed properly. Sad that these employees don’t take a bit of pride for their work.
Fries and nuggets were both cold as if sitting there for a while. Sad sad meal indeed.

Found a HUGE EGGSHELL in my Egg McMuffin!! Told the manager about it and he apologized…somewhat. Told him if it was a little piece of eggshell it wouldn’t be a problem…but this thing was HUGE! I’ve cooked eggs many times and don’t recall EVER dropped an eggshell this big into the pan or mixing bowl. My dad was a cook years ago, if he would have seen this his jaw would have dropped!

Don’t have good customer service and they still get mad. I will never go back to this location because of Diego and the manager. Me and my friend order Breakfast 2 order separate. They give everything together we were missing one more sausage McMuffin and hot sauce and grape jam. I told we miss one sausage McMuffin and they said maybe they didn’t charge. I said seriously here have both receipts so you can see. He call the manager that I was arguing and I said I am not arguing I just want what we pay because it’s not free. The manager said just give to them in a mood like we paid it. We take of picture that we were missing one. So they ask for the bag to see it they put it and said you see it was there so I showed the picture she just got mad because I told them don’t lie. If you don’t like your job just don’t work.

The food comes out relatively quick although every time I request something at the counter they take FOREVER to acknowledge me. Some of them just completely ignore me and call out names for orders and place the food on the counter. Usually i’ll need a refill or sauces and I have to shout to get their attention. If this were Chick Fil A they’d instantly try to help you, I don’t understand why Mcdonald’s can’t follow in their footsteps.
