Great place to enjoy lunch or dinner. The food is really good. They’re pretty accommodating regarding gluten-free options. Though they (and many others) could stand to have more dedicated AND tasty items for people who have allergies.

Recommend trying them out! Food was delicious, with wide variety and fresh. Service from server Allen was phenomenal, very attentive and personable, only 4 stars on service as Allen was the only person in the restaurant that seemed pleased to be there and be working. Upon entering the hosts seemed careless about customers coming in, even upon sitting (by management/other host). Restaurant seemed well kept and located on lake for beautiful views while dining. Location has parking lot on site with plenty of space. Recommend trying one of their other locations as well as the 5th tavern was once of our favourites!

I have been to 4th Tavern quite a few times and I’m usually very pleased with the service and food. However, I went to dinner last night and got the Parm Garlic Salmon that was on the Lent specials menu and was extremely disappointed. The description really was nothing like the meal, and the salmon honestly tasted like a cheap fried piece of bad chicken. The salmon was also extremely discolored. It is common for there to be some gray color on the fish but not the entire top and bottom of the piece of salmon. The picture honestly doesn’t even show how bad it was. I clearly hardly touched the salmon and the server just ignored it. So I ended up taking it home to my dog since I paid $26 to eat mashed potatoes and asparagus. Very disappointing.

This restaurant, recently remodeled and modernized in the past year, nearly every aspect of it has been upgraded. They provide lakeside seating now; in cold weather the patio is heated and enclosed.

My family went here for the first time tonight. We had an amazing experience with our server Diamond! The food was top notch, and the drinks were delicious. Service was such an even pace, and it was such a chill experience. 10/10 will be coming again.

Great location! Right on the Lake. Patio is enclosed for the cold weather. So you can still enjoy The view with your meal Shrimp Scampi linguine was good. Great Sweet Potato fries. The Specialty drink the Black Manhattan, was very strong… So tread lightly LOL. Don’t get the Michigan Cherry Salmon… It sounds much better than it tastes. But the rest of the food was all great, so I’m excited to try some more of the menu here.

This was our first visit. I ordered Hand Battered Icelandic Cod with fries and coleslaw. The fish and fries were very good. I didn’t care for the coleslaw, but I think it’s just personal preference. I like slaw that is sweet. This wasn’t and you could actually taste the cabbage. Some people might like that better. My husband had French Dip with sweet potato fries. No complaints. In addition to the standard menu, they have a breakfast menu Monday-Saturday from 10am to 3pm. On Sunday they have a bunch/breakfast buffet, but also options for lunch or dinner. And a full bar for those interested. I should also mention they have a covered but open outdoor patio that overlooks a lake.
