So my pregnant wife had a craving for McDonald’s french fries on the way home tonight. So of course I was happy to take her and get chicken nuggets and fries. I ordered my usual, QB with cheese and ketchup only. When we got home and sat down to eat, I took a bite and noticed the taste seemed off. I looked down and realized my burger was pink. So I split the burger, and not only was all of the inside pink, parts of it were raw! Like if my wife would have eaten this or part of it she could have gotten sick! Like I get it, fast food isn’t the best job, but it’s like these places aren’t even trying to hide the fact that they are hiring anyone off the street. I think this is the last time I give McDonald’s my money.

They messed up our order, charged us for the wrong food. And when we tried to tell them our food order was incorrect, they kept telling me it wasn’t. Even the manager couldn’t comprehend what we were asking for.

I work overnight in the ER. I drove up ordered two doubles and a large fry. After waiting 15 minutes, I know this because I was on the phone, they forgot my order. Then the kid came out and asked for my receipt to verify my order. I know this isn’t fine dining but it will do in a pinch, apparently not! Do better it’s not rocket science.

As of June 22 2023 2pm the drive thru process was a complete failure. I don’t know if it was just that shift or it’s across the board. I ordered drive thru and four cars after me get food. Orders they get are mixed in size but yes they were large orders as well. All I had was a number 3 large and a Big Mac burger only as part of order. The guy walking out food I felt bad for him because even he knew the kids working inside were not being MANAGED WELL. Management needs to get looked at here as it all rolls downhill. This is a busy side of town hospital workers on break family members of patients trying to get a bite to eat and get back to family members in the hospital and all other people going to and from the area pressed for time do not need to go through this.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many in several countries. The person on the speaker is rude, they regularly can’t speak English, or they require cash, or they require you to order on the app. When they are able to even take an order every single time the food is cold and disappointing.

This was my first time going to this location. The person who took our order seemed to be rushing us. When we got to the window they just handed us our order and quickly closed the window. We had no time to ask for any condiments or anything else. And the fries were soggy and old.

I’m sure the employees were busy but I sat for over 10 minutes waiting for my photo. To too it off, I got home and realized I didn’t get the condiments I asked for (no biggie as I have done at home) and my large fries were filled as much as a medium…. I paid for large fries…. My chicken in my spicy chicken sandwich was small and had a consistency as though it needed another couple minutes or two in the fryer. I understand this is fast food and I’m not trying to hold super high standards. But this food is easy to make and put together. One must try to not meet the low bar expected of a place like this isn’t very good

Do not come to this location you will wait For hours even though it’s closed inside they can’t seem to move fast at drive thru even tho food is not made when ordered. And now it’s completely blocked off on a Monday at 11am this place is horrible.
