Trash with some sort of meat thrown out before the speaker (rat feast), menu shattered by what looks like a bullet, food that had been delivered sitting out in 70 degree weather for who knows how long and in an unsanitary environment. Plus my order was wrong and hash browns tasted like old grease. Waste of my time, money and a customer, McDonalds.

It’s been years since I ordered a burger from McDonalds and this experience reminded me of why. The image of the Quarter Pounder with cheese on the website and the ordering kiosk displayed a pristine looking burger. What I got was a burger that was smashed together with one squirt each of ketchup and mustard and one pickle. The meat patty was very thin and nothing like what is in the photo and there was little to no flavor. The bun was dry as if it was getting old and was somewhat flavorless. Bait and switch comes to mind. The burger is way overpriced considering what it was. No quality and no value for the money. The service was slower than it should have been. I had read recently that that the food at McDonalds had improved but that is a lie. No more Mickey D for me.

Yikes! Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Waited 30 min in the drive through and then had to repeat my order 5 times. After waiting another 20 minutes I finally got my food which was wrong. Since you can go inside there was no way I was going to sit in that line again. And if your wondering why the inside was closed they claim it was because they were short staffed…. yet I counted 10 staff members…. and if it is just the drive thru with that many people working why was the line so slow? Next time I’ll wait until giddings which is another 25-30 min.

Horrible service, ordered 3 hamburger MEALS with drinks and fries, received no drinks and 2 fries. Had to wait a while on fries and drinks and several woman rolling eyes and acting like it was MY fault they screwed up the order. Not ONE smile in the place. Horrible moral around the place. No one even says hello or thank you. Then my hamburger bun was stale on the edges. Tea had NO ice! Pitiful place.

I hit the drive thru about 8:50 p.m. Ordered 2 double quarter pounders and a large fry. Got my order drove to work since I’m on nights. I have a 10 piece mcnugget and small fry. I drive back to McDonald’s and go inside and explain the mix up. The girl brings me my order. I look. Large fry check. 2 burgers. Great. Drive back to work open up my burgers and they are both single quarter pounders.

Every other time I go something is always left out. Why do these people not double check your order before handing it to you? Why does management not address this? The whole reason for the drive thru is for convenience not having to check your order and have to pull over get out and have it fixed.

Horrible Service! Showed up at 6am for the drive thru and they weren’t open yet, but workers were inside working. Waited around till 6:30 and pulled through the drive thru. No one came on the speaker so we pulled up to the window. The woman inside continued to walk by the window and make coffee without ever acknowledging us at the window. Sat there for 5-10 mins before we finally decided to leave. No customer service what so ever. They could have atleast came to the window to tell us what the hold up was or if there was an issue. I do not recommend!
