To the young lady with the inexpensive brown hair pieces..please get out of the habit of throwing chicken nuggies at customers..If you don’t want to work, then please allow someone else to fill your position. I didn’t make a scene because I didn’t want to jeopardize a job that you need. A big thank you to the managers who saw this tom foolery and provided me a refund without issue. I place my orders in the app to ensure that what I want is entered correctly into the system. I’m actually allergic to cheese, and it’s a good thing I spit out the first bite before swallowing—otherwise, I could’ve ended up in the hospital because someone didn’t follow simple instructions.
It’s beyond me how an order can still be prepared incorrectly when the printed ticket with the exact specifications is attached to the item. That suggests a conscious choice not to read or follow the order details.
I don’t subscribe to the idea that “it’s just McDonald’s” and therefore I shouldn’t expect accuracy. If I’m specific in my request, pay for it, and receive something entirely different, that’s unacceptable. When employees are given clear instructions, it’s their responsibility to follow them—and if they choose not to, there should be consequences.
To make matters worse, when I called the location, the number went to a prompt stating that the voicemail is not set up. Whether this is a corporate or franchised location, there’s a clear need for better professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail among staff.

I literally havent ate in about 46 hrs I went this morning and it wasnt busy at all, just me and the car infront of me, I asked for 2 of this and 2 of that it popped up on the screen and everything with the total of 11 and some. I go up to the window its like 10 something and I thought maybe she accidently clicked something and it came out more
I get to the window to grab my food, caramel frappe has Carmel on the outside getting my hands all sticky and I look in the bag and I only got 1 of that and 2 of this and I tell what looks like the manager? (Couldn’t tell considering how she made the frappe was sloppy btw)
I ask if i can just pay for it here, no cars behind me none infront waiting, I dont deal with entitlement but you can take my 5$ and just go ring it up and give me what I said I wanted. Nope said I had to go all the way around.
Im hungry, haven’t ate in 46hrs been wanting this breakfast and lost my appetite just by that interaction.
Went ahead and gave it to my Co worker to eat and now i dont want to eat until tomorrow

Horrible customer service, depending on who is working determines whether or not your food will be right. God forbid you have to go back due to the order being wrong, attitudestake flight..including the GM!! There is a place where you can definitely say that her team leads by example, I guess they figure it’s easier to be rude rather than being customer service friendly.

Placed our order and it was repeated back to us correctly, got to the second window to pick up food/drinks, we were asked THREE times what two drinks we ordered, and were still handed the wrong damn drinks. I can’t make this up.

Went to drive thru for food today. Burgers were dry and drive through was not clean. Window had something looking like someone had spit on it and they did not clean it but kept serving food thru it.. I called to complain and someone called back stating he was a manager and would get them to clean it now but when I passed back by it was still on the window. Shame on you McDonalds.

A very clean and modern McDonalds. For some reason the place seemed smaller than the normal McDonalds footprint. Anyway we were heading up toward Dallas and needed a restroom. While we were there we decided to get a Sunday ÷- they were shrunk down to a size that fits inside your hand which was perfect for us. It to only a minute to get us back on our route.
