I am here 7:15 pm Jan 22,2026. Ordered kid’s meal. Verified 4 nuggets,small fries,drink, sauce. I swiped the card. Charged me $20.31!!!Got the manager, refunded me $19.44. The cashier and the “manager” were discussing how to refund the whole amount. The line behind me filing up. A woman hispanic woman behind me with her aged mom bypasses me and I told the manager I need to pay cause I ordered the kid’s meal. The cashier went to the back. The manager said” she did not took your order” inspite of me talking to her before sh left to the back. The manager said step out you dont have an order an accommodated the Hispanic women. I was shoved on the side! What a customer service this is!!!!!!!I need to talk to the franchise owner. Needs to be corrected. Felt bad on their service.. very bad!!!!

Fastfood always tastes terrible, especially when you eat clean for months and decide to try a new place. They must care about their reputation being new, right? Nah. Not even when you go in and tell them how bad it is. They just do it again.

We normally don’t eat at McDonald’s, but when we do, it’s usually for a quick breakfast. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The bacon looked old, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and the sandwich I received was literally half a portion. For a brand-new location, this was surprising.
I understand they just opened and may still be working through training and consistency, but this was not acceptable quality. I would recommend giving them some time before visiting. Hopefully the service and food improve with experience.

Umm, idk who made the pumpkin and cream pies but ohh weeee. Thank God I got two because mhmmm! So far my least favorite is the guava cream pie but I still buy and eat it hahaha!

I’ve been to this location three times, and the customer service has gotten worse each visit. On my last visit, the Frappuccino machine was broken. I was in line at 10:26 a.m. waiting for the car ahead of me to finish. When I reached the window at 10:31 a.m. and tried to place a breakfast order, I was abruptly told breakfast was over and was met with an attitude.
Most of the staff appear to be very young, and there seems to be a lack of basic customer service and even difficulty handling cash transactions. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and disappointing.

Literally such a lively McDonald’s the staff are always so upbeat at least when I go the first couple times I went there and you could tell they were trying to get it together. They had just opened and they had just hired on a bunch of kids, but we’re learning how to work for the McDonald’s and it was kind of a little bit of a mess but as time went on and people got situated and things I’ve only been up since then I like going here late at night probably third shift they always have ice cream. They have not told me their ice cream machine is broken like a bunch of the other places due. They always have my frozen Dr Pepper that I like and my food is always Hot. What more can someone ask for?

Horrible customer service. I placed a breakfast mobile order at 10:15 AM. When I arrived to pick up, they would not bring it curbside and when I went inside they said my order was cancelled because it was now after 10:30 AM (10:37 AM). They would not provide proof of cancellation, even though the order is confirmed on my end. I was told they I would receive a refund in 24 hours. So, I left with no no food and no proof that the order was cancelled.

I went there with my dad and it was going okay until I pulled up to the window where I got my food. They gave me my food but when I checked it I got no sauce even though I asked for a few. When my dad tried waving while they were through the window, 5 workers walked by the window, one made eye contact with my dad and just kept walking. After about 5 minutes of my dad waving someone finally opened the window who had already been standing there for a few minutes. When my dad asked for sauce she can back with a singular sauce. Horrible service, wouldnt recommended.
