I’m so upset and so is my child! We went to 2 other McDonalds tonight to get the Grinch Happy Meals. This was the 3rd one only to be told AGAIN they were out of them!!! Absolutely insane!! They just started serving them 2 days ago!
We had waited in line forever. So we were starving and went ahead and ordered regular meals to only, get home already disappointed no Grinch Happy Meal to our order being half completed. We got large and the fries were only half full literally and one of our orders were nuggets and we only got 8 instead of 10, then on top of that I ordered UNSWEET tea and they gave me sweet! So had to throw my drink out. I’m beyond mad!!!! If we wouldn’t have lived so far and this already being our 3 MCDonalds I would have drove back! And this is a New Location!

This place is no longer new. Its horrible service and stritudes. If you fo inside expect to wait 5 min before anyone acknowledges you if you lucky. If you order a happy meal onpy from the drive through be prepared to be told to pull into a stall. Happened 3x. Not even busy. Managers are never happy like ur an inconvenience being there if you ask for you order that your picking up from the app. I used to go to the kne I. Dickinson but this was super close. Ill make the drive to Dickinson when possible as they’re are quick and cheerful or at least pretend to be happy to help you. Saddly this is a new nice place but no counter service and horrible attitudes and 3 people will pass u before anyone acknowledges you. Needs a complete overhaul. Would be successful but im sure people dont come back often as they would at this location

So my boyfriend went in there, which is February 19th, 2026! Manager was given everybody else their food that came in after my boyfriend. He was on his lunch break. And he said where’s my food at when people are getting their food and I came in before them..your white figures ! Well that’s racist! I’ll let others know , not to eat there! Corporate office already been notified! Very disrespectful n unprofessional! Not to mention, we r in the alot !

Thankfully I wasn’t hungry so my husband went and I got food for himself and our son. My husband had a chocolate shake with one of there burgers while our son had chicken nuggets and French fries. About an hour or so after my husband ate he ended up nauseous and proceeded to have diarrhea and throwing up at the same time. Thank god our son was not affected so I’m assuming it’s more than likely the shake. Well it is currently three in the morning and he is still throwing up and needing to use the restroom. My husband went and got dinner around 8-9 pm yesterday. I highly don’t recommend eating here, the Santa Fe location is way better and you definitely won’t end up with whatever the hell my husband got.

This location seriously needs better management.
On 10/14 around 8:30–9:30 AM, I ordered through the McDonald’s app and showed clear proof I paid, but the manager acted like I didn’t. He couldn’t be bothered to actually look or listen, just brushed me off like I was lying. Then he grabbed my phone, ordered the same food himself, and basically double charged me. The attitude was ridiculous — it’s like helping a paying customer was too much for him. I already contacted corporate, but people need to know how bad the service is here.

UPDATE: I decided to go back and was actually quite pleased to see there was a manager present in the dining room, and employees were tending to the cafe, offering refills, meals were coming out in a timely manner, and overall a much improved experience from my last visit.

This new location is absolutely drowning — and it feels like no one in upper management or ownership is paying attention. It seems like there’s no leadership present in the store, because I can’t imagine any owner or manager allowing this kind of customer experience to happen on their watch.

Customers are standing at the counter for 15 minutes or more without being acknowledged. The drive-thru is completely backed up. People are walking inside after going through the drive-thru — either because they received the wrong order, didn’t get condiments, or need something corrected — only to find themselves stuck waiting in line again at the counter, where no one is available to help them either. The frustration is real, and it’s building.

The layout of the store doesn’t help — the poor design seems to isolate the back of house from the front, making it way too easy for staff to overlook the guests standing at the counter.

As I’m writing this, I just watched a customer grab someone else’s bag of food that had been sitting there so long, the original guests gave up and left before it was ever called out.

Whoever at corporate oversees this franchise needs to step in immediately. This is not what people expect from McDonald’s — and it’s definitely not a “happy” meal.

Short and simple, this location should be avoided and and shut down, rather get off at Walmart’s parking lot and order inside there McDonald’s and wait the time to get what i actually order, this location is never going to get your simple modified orders right or simply not even give you your order, will never be on time to deliver your order and will never listen to you. Didn’t even get my food it was 10:45 and I waited in line 20 minutes for a mcdouble and a large caramel iced coffee. I got the coffee, but I had to leave before getting the burger because I had an appointment that I was running late for. I was waiting 20 minutes. Nobody ever came to the window. They kept pulling up more cars to curbside parking spots because nothing was ready, there was literally four cars that they pulled up in curbside I was waiting at the third window. Didn’t even go back to get my money or the burger because I knew that they were going and not remember or we’re going to cause problems.

Every time I go through the drive through they take forever to take my order even if I have a mobile order and when I go up to the windows there’s kids playing around and dancing. Honestly I just wanna get my food and it have all of the things I ordered in it without having to go back and deal with the kids again.

I’m only giving a 2 because the first window person was such a sweetheart other than that this location has one of the rudest staff I have ever come across especially it being a new establishment. The lady had the nerve to get an attitude because I asked for ketchup, proceeded to roll her eyes I asked her name and she shut the window in my face.
