Ordered dinner to go. Side of Mac and cheese and cole slaw, blackened catfish with green beans and potatoes, chicken quesadilla, fried platter with catfish, shrimp, oysters, fries and hushpuppies. Everything was good. Would prefer to dine in so food is hot and fresh.

They took us without a reservation on Valentines. Hubby got the chicken fried stake with green beans. The green beans were very greasy, but the cfs was good. I got the prime rib, m/r, it was wonderfully tender but they relied on au ju and horseradish for flavouring. The atmosphere was kitchy but cute, ambiance was pleasant. Parking wasn’t too difficult. Excellent service, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We ate here on a Sunday afternoon, on our way down to Galveston. What a great surprise! The menu is huge and varied, and so many items looked good to us. Everything we ordered was prepared and presented well. Portions were not huge, but for us, that’s great, because it keeps the prices down. Thanks to the management and to the chef.
Best of all was our server Francisco, who was everything you might want in a server. He was efficient, professional, friendly, helpful with suggestions and very personable. We had a great experience.

Don’t get the prime rib special! It looked like a sad microwaved thin cut sirloin maybe 1/4 inch thick… Gray colored with it convexed shaped. It was so sad looking. Wish I took a picture.
The chicken fried steak was good. The creamed spinach was really good. Drinks were good.
Service was non existent. Like they sat us and forgot about us. There were only 3 tables filled, so it wasnt busy on a Tuesday night.
The manager did try and remedy the steak issue with a free dessert. Prob wont go back. The place was really upscale and clean.
