blown away by this place!! truly a FANTASTIC wine shop with everything you could need- variety of cheese selections, great wines and pairings listed beside them, sales that are so worth it, and friendly staff. its so clean and the people working at the cheese station were so knowledgable and gave us great recommendations. you can also buy crackers, jams, all drink essentials and more party related items too. cant wait to keep coming here for wine, drinks, cheese, and everything in between.

I was shopping for sparkling wine on google. And saw a few different options, all in the $20-40 range per bottle, and I thought I had found someone that was slightly cheaper than Total Wine and highly rated, so thought I’d give it a try.
I clicked through to the Garys wine page for the bottle, it looked as expected and so I checked out, paid something like 24 for shipping and waited for my wine to arrive.
A few days later, the wine arrived, and it was 4 TINY bottles of wine.
I just spent $110 for 4 tiny bottles of wine.
I don’t order wine online very often, so I went back to the website and didn’t see any notes saying ‘this is a half a bottle of wine’ or ‘there are multiple sizes, this is the small one’ or an image indicating the size isn’t normal (like other wine websites do). Just a picture that shows a bottle that appears full-size, and in black text in the corner a number of milliliters (no idea how many milliliters are in a normal bottle of wine).
Thinking this must be a reputable company, I called, and spoke with Christian from shipping.
Completely useless. Wasn’t willing to do anything about it whatsoever, and said it was my problem to deal with as the consumer. Couldn’t send it back. Couldn’t refund anything. Literally there is nothing they can do.
1. I won’t be shopping here ever again
2. Support was awful. Literally couldn’t do anything at all.
3. I did some research and other websites have a clear section when you’re buying wine that displays the size or sizes available, or a picture of a mini-bottle if you’re buying a non-standard size. Gary’s is displaying black text with a number with no clear indication that it is not a normal bottle of wine.
Wouldn’t trust this company.

Over the years I’ve used many different vendors to purchase spirits. Gary’s is at the top of the list! Prices are very competitive, selection is good and my order was processed within hours, not days as with other vendors. Great packaging & quick delivery. Gary’s rocks! Highly recommend!

Gary’s always comes through, (as long as you call the correct number). The National Shipping Store is the place you want to use for shipping across the country. I have signed up for their free shipping and it has been well worth it! I ordered several times since discovering Gary’s and have been VERY HAPPY with the experience. I will consider them my one and only go-to for mail-order. I have been using them to send wine to my Dad and his wife for their 16:00 afternoon repast.
