I don’t know what’s going on. I haven’t had an issue with this McDonald’s in a while. But this is like the 3rd or fourth time in a few months that they keep messing up my order. It clearly says no Mayo on the wrapper, but you can clearly see there is Mayo on the burger. No one has money to waste, get it together McDonald’s.

Placed my order through the mobile app, got confirmation of payment, and a code. (5:34 pm)
After they couldn’t find the order, I offered to go inside so we didn’t hold up the drive thru line.
Spoke with the manager Luz. In the end, after 45 minutes, I was told I need to pay again and wait for a refund, even though the mobile order was not cancelled, and I was not refunded.
While Luz was kind, she was completely unhelpful, and I left without food.
Leaving the review here, as I tried to share with McDonald’s directly and they make it incredibly difficult to leave feedback. They aren’t interested.

Always friendly staff, always good food (for my kid) and this is the only one left with a play place so he has hours of fun. Definitely where we go to play when he wants to go to the park and the weather is bad.

I just got a homestyle burger from here I felt it, it was cold but I still gave it hope,so I bit in to it and look what I saw, I think it moo’d at me.
-edit after putting it in the microwave it was fine and tasted good also I got a large fry and it was nice, fresh and hot.

Seven Months Ago- The level of disrespect I received at this location left me stunned. They asked me to pull forward and wait for my four apple pies to complete my order. They told me before I ordered them that it would take 10 minutes. No problem. Fresh pie is good. I ended up parking and going in because there was another car in front of me. My truck was blocking the drive through. I went in and told the young man I was waiting on four pies. I was going to tell him that I would wait on the bench, so they wouldn’t go out the side door to find me. Another customer came up and interrupted me as I was speaking to the employee. The employee turned away from me as I was speaking and started helping the young man who interrupted me. When he was done helping the rude customer, he walked away from me without speaking. I stood there for about a minute and when he walked by, I told him to keep the pies. I paid for four pies and left them on purpose to prevent speaking angrily at the kid. I will not be disregarded as some old man who is second place to younger customers and I will be listened to when I am speaking to an employee. Especially when I am being kind to them and other customers. I will not do business with any McDonalds for a year. Then I’ll see if they’ve learned common flipping politeness.
7/30 – It’s been seven months. My grandson is visiting us. He wants a Sausage McGriddle. I couldn’t say no. I place the order; “Two sausage and eggs biscuits- one of them with cheese. Three sausage McGriddles.” They reply, “do you want cheese on the Sausage McGriddles.” I say, “No thank you, I want three Sausage McGriddles, I only want cheese on one of the Sausage Egg Biscuits.” Their screen is out. You can’t check the order. It charges to my app. I pull forward and they hand me a bag of three Sausage Egg Biscuits (two with cheese) and six Sausage McGriddles. I’m not unpacking my grandson from his car seat to go and fix the order. I gave the extra food to the homeless guy on 1764.
8/1- Today (approximately 12:00 PM) My grandson wants a Happy Meal. I order it, a Big Mac, and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Pay with app. Pull up to window and they start handing me two kids drinks. It turns out, they charged me for two Happy Meals. Same problem. You can’t check the order on their broken screen, I can’t get my grandson out of the car and go in, Ice cream from HEB is starting to melt. I tell the guy to keep the other Happy Meal. I paid for it, but just left it there.
I’m not making this up. This has to be one of the most screwed up fast food restaurants in the US. It is mind boggling bad. Thank GOD there are choices other than this. You couldn’t drag me into that location again. Three times in a row. -THREE SEPARATE TIMES.

Sooo this is not just a review about how it took 10 mins of me waiting in curbside or that I walked in to my food done, not bagged, and I just sitting there (drinks too). No this is about how when I saw my mcrib that I had paid extra for extra sauce that didnt have the extra sauce. I touched the pattie with my hands, licked my finger and touched it one more time to check the temperature. Staff took the mcrib and put my patty that I touched back in with the rest. Then they grabbed one out with more sauce and put it on mine. My kid just trested positive for strep throat, we literally just left utmb urgent care. So, if you ordered a mcrib after 6:15pm om Tuesday November 18, 2025…..good luck everybody. May the odds ever be in your flavor.

Don’t know why I keep coming back to this particular McDonald’s. Always bad experience. Curbside is apparently only available during the day not at night. So I order for walk in and pick up. What should have been a simple plain hamburger and small fry turned into a 30 min wait and got a cheeseburger instead. Manager said I ordered incorrectly and I told him he must not be able to read correctly. I explained in English and Spanish what I wanted – was even on my mobile app and it was still wrong. Not ever going to this particular McDonald’s again!! Nope ugggg
