I’m on the road in a 23’ bus so it’s not easy to stop for a milkshake only to learn that the ice cream machine is down so I had to get out and walk in for a refund as I’d paid through the app. They need to keep the app updated when something isn’t available!!

Stopped here to use the bathroom and grab a quick dinner. This is probably one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been in. I ordered two spicy chicken wraps and fries. I’m so glad the wraps are back as they’re my go-to item now. The service was quick and had my order ready just as I was out of the restroom.

I don’t even know where to begin. Order the steak bagel didn’t receive a full piece of steak was just shreds of steak.
Then customer comes in asking for a sausage biscuit.
Manager was sitting in a table and she yelled across the store that he wasn’t getting it he didn’t belong there and refused anyone to get him us sausage biscuit. The man stood there for several minutes saying nothing and then asked to the back of the kitchen if someone would please give him a sausage biscuit. No one answered him or moved towards him. A few seconds later the manager yells at him he’s not getting anything and he’s not supposed to be there he said call the cops she said I’m not calling the cops I’m not I’m not giving you anything he then called her a name a another customer said hey hey who seemed homeless had a large duffel bag with him it got quite hot and heavy and she’s still refused to serve the man he then told the homeless guy ” ” then here take the money and get me a sausage biscuit she said to this man no he’s not getting anything he then went out the door and gave the man his money back and he went across the street. I’ve been years and management and seeing someone get hurt injured or even killed is always a concern especially in these day and age. My reaction to this is she should have given him the sausage biscuit and asked him to leave or call the cops and told him he was banished from the store whenever he arrives for them to be called and remove him from the property this is how it’s properly done not putting the entire restaurant lives at risk.
I completely disagree with the way this was handled and will never return to this McDonald’s again because of this manager. She was running on a power trip not clearly thinking about the people at the store or even her staff.

This place sucked. The service was horrible, employees were rude and were talking loudly about it the customers. Pace was also very slow, and me and my friends got ignored multiple times until we had to call out to them. Tables were dirty and all kiosks were out of receipt paper. Wouldn’t stop here again.

understandable you’ll are an “fast” food restaurant but this is really unexceptionable to say you’re supposed to make sure your customer is always satisfied. yes i it part my fault for not checking the bag but i should of had what i paid for no matter what. that’s a big rip off even if it’s 5$. and just for y’all work number to not be in service is really ridiculous. this is really a shame and yes i’m complaining over 13 cookies my partner really loves them and just for him to not have because people wanna be carless and be like “whatever” is stupid

Every night when I get out of work at the first window there’s a female with short hair who is very rude she has a very bad attitude attended and this female it’s always in a bad mood when I buy food The food is great service not so great but the thing is though if somebody has a attitude working is better for them not to work at all is that simple I’m leaving a one-star completely but the food is very great
