This location tends to get very long lines, and mess your orders up quiet often. I’ve paid $39 for food given to the wrong person, then told I had to talk to the morning manager, just to be told I had to talk to the night manager. Took few days to get my refund.

I place an order online and when I got there the first thing that the lady on the drive Thru was that she was taking only cash, so I told her I have a mobile order and she said she was not able to make my order because they were cleaning the machine ( I do not understand why is it open 24 hours if they are not able to make people ordens) then she started to get upset and rude at me because I said well give me only the French fries, but she said I ALL READY TOLD YOU I CANNOT BECAUSE NOW WE ARE DOING ONLY BREAKFAST SO IM SORRY YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR ORDER I ask for her name she rolls her eyes on me and said Elisa Montalvo.

Dinning room was DIRTY. I had to clean my own table. Every drink out of coke machine was flat. They advertised a certain meal and couldn’t accommodate due to them not wanting to serve ice cream. But yet let you order and pay for the full meal on kiosk. Will never be back to this location

I really hate going here but it’s only thing close to my job. I don’t know if the cook is reading the screen wrong or it’s not in English. Literally my order comes out every time. The recipe say one thing in order is just wrong. I’m not races but y’all need get people who can understand English in Spanish
