I just had the worst fast food experience of my life at this McDonald’s. I tried to order a meal at the drive thru and the young man taking my order could not have been more rude if I had paid him to be rude. In all honesty, he was downright mean, even after me doing my best to be nice to him. I get it… People have bad days, and working in fast food sucks, which is why I’m always especially nice to fast food workers. However, my day wasn’t great either, and I did not deserve the treatment I received from this McDonald’s employee today. I didn’t even get or pay for my food. I drove off after calling him an a-hole. Not my finest moment, I admit, but it had to be said. The only reason I am giving this location 3 stars is because every other time I’ve been there, the staff has been appropriately pleasant.

Ordered a jalapeño sausage McMuffin. Was chewing it and found a PLASTIC SUCTION CUP IN THE SANDWICH. I chewed it thinking it was a jalapeño. HUGE choking hazard and super negligent. Would never return back.

When I walked in, they had rap music blaring the french fry guy was singing, along with the music, hollering cuss words out. There is a lady that came inside the store that was in the drive-through that was told by McDonald’s employee that these customers are the F word aggravating food all over the floor people laughing they spilled the milkshake the employees did and they thought it was funny. I stood at the counter over 15 minutes and never got service, and it’s a shame to you because I am a frequent flyer at McDonald’s after this experience I probably will not be back. There is no control in this restaurant whatsoever. And what’s a shame is my little eight-year-old usually comes with me to pick up food I’m sure glad he did not tonight. This McDonald’s embarrassed the face in McDonald’s everywhere.

Ordered quarter pounder no cheese meal. Got the burger home, I guess no cheese also meant no ketchup, no mustard and no onions. Bun was burnt and chewy and the patty was tough. Ate the fries, drank the coke and tossed the burger. They wii never have to worry about getting my order right again because there won’t be a next time.

Just went through the drive through and got to listen to a lovely young gentleman at the first window’s eclectic choice of music. The lyrics were the best, complete with F-bombs and N words. Great hire McDonald’s.
