The kitchen is a mess. I was the first in line to tell me to wait for my drink and it is outrageous that they would risk service for pettiness. I was the second car to be told to wait for 2 drinks, one coffee and a blue icee. Yet my order was last to come out and instead of a blue icee i got a coke. The manager acted like nothing was wrong. I had to leave my car unattended with the ac blasting in the heat with my kids right at the front of the door to get 2 drinks. Yet no one would come to the counter as the kitchen was an unorganized mess. I hate the way this store is operated and wish it would have more competent staff.

The food was ok. The meat was dried out on my burger but it was kinda late. That shouldn’t really matter since there were lots of people in line but the fries were hot. My biggest thing was the service. The kids they hired were young and very rude. They acted like they owned the place and didn’t give a damn what anyone thought. I was in the line outside and could hear the way they were talking to the customers and the customers were not being rude. My main concern when I go to these places is the service and how they are presenting themselves

Everything was going fine until I got to the halfway Mark of my chicken sandwich. What is this mushy uncooked confusion that is going on here? I used my coupon too at that. What should’ve been an awesome meal between traveling to my second job, almost gave me an anxiety attack :/. What’s sadder is, earlier that day, the Mcdonalds on MAin st and Gray st burnt one of my coworkers chicken deluxe sandwiches. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe, but got a sandwich with no meat in it at all. I drove back anrily and requested a replacement, and they did replace it, but with a cold face and no appology at all. I will never order anything there in the future.

3pm on a Wednesday. Aggressive panhandlers in the drive thru. Guy who took my order was so over it. Girl who took my money was friendly and repeated my order to make sure it was correct. Girl who handed me my food was over it and bothered.

I ask for fresh cooked food, it was warm. Went inside told them what was wrong, I stood there for 20 minutes before they got my order right, the shift Manger did not even say anything to me, not even an apology or sorry about the wait.

A year ago. I had given this place a one star and left no comment. But today I would like to change my vote to 5 stars. And also recognize a specific person Sabrina a very bright , cheerful, and polite young lady who took my order through drive threw and provided the most charming, respectful , and welcoming atmosphere.
