Get ready to put your car in park at the drive-thru. By far the slowest McDonald’s I’ve seen in all 50 states in my 45 years on Earth. Good thing they don’t have a Wendy’s or a Five Guys or anything else that you could go to. Don’t waste your time here go to one of the local spots like Mary’s Burger Barn and support good people who care

Worst experience at a McDonald’s ever and I’ve had a few bad ones. Ordered through the mobile app and waited in curbside parking for 30 minutes before deciding to go inside. I was told it would just be a short while longer for fries. Waited at least another 15 minutes. Finally received my order and surprise, all my food was cold, including my fries! All of this after watching multiple cars go through the drive thru receive their orders and leave.

I’ve never had any problems with the employees. However the problem is have are with the kiosks.
My anxiety filled self loves ordering from them but I also love paying with cash. And im guessing the whole penny thing makes it where they dont allow cash payments at them anymore. So i do the pay at counter. However it doesnt always print out a receipt. Which is a huge thing when you are already not wanting to go up to the counter keep the receipt paper stock, T-T put a penny rounding system in the kiosks. ? Im just assuming why the cash payments are down at the kiosks. If not then why.

The food was hot and fresh. You do have to wait along time to order and to get some one at the register. The bathrooms were clean. The dining room had trash everywhere but it’s becuase they had a big crowd . They look like they are missing workers

It’s VERY shameful that management is more concerned with drive thru times than their employees staying warm in 23° weather. Why pull every car forward and make your people come outside when its this cold? Are bonuses attached to those numbers?

Editing this review to take it to 1 star. Should have learned my lesson. Another 25 min wait in the drive through for a mobile order. I got it. Fries cold. Drive to Mexia and get mcdonalds. It’ll take the same amount of time but the food will be warm.

We were passing through and ordered fish sandwich with no tartar sauce. Wound up with tartar sauce anyway but we were already back on the road. Called and spoke with Lacy and she took my name and said they’d make it right. We stopped in today on another trip through town. YES indeed! They did make everything right. They want above our expectations. Will be stopping by again on our next trip. Great make up experience to correct a prior mistake. Thank you Lacy!!!!

This is a kiosk only store which is fine but half of them are broken, the ones that work are out of receipt paper and even after multiple people complained they didn’t refill it. They are also using Big Mac patties for the Quarter Pounder, there is no napkins ketchup refills etc unless you ask for it and getting someone’s attention unless they are bringing an order up is very difficult.

Waited 20 minutes for a hamburger, nothing fancy. Was asked to pull into courier parking to wait, after 20 minutes, it never arrived. I went inside to ask for a refund and saw orders made and delivered within 1 minute.
I had to wait 5 minutes to speak with someone.
