I love this location at the Chula Vista mall. Ron is my absolute favorite barista! Ron is so kind and very attentive. He has the absolute best customer service and is a very hard worker. I’ve literally seen him running the store solo! The store is always clean and the food and drinks are always tasty and accurate. The parking is plentiful.

I simply asked for my pickup order. But I guess bald dude or whoever was the barista gave me a nasty and disgusting look. He pointed me away and let another guy go right in front. Weird vibe and had another girl barista look at me in disgust like I did something wrong. Definitely not coming back to this location. What a joke. hire better people

Just disgusting . The store is dirty. And no one cleans it after you tell them. The top of the glass for their display is disgusting and just dirt piled up. The counters are never cleaned. And the floors are always a mess. I’m surprised they are still open. And the manager is sitting in the back not doing anything.

Probably the worst customer service of any star bucks, the staff lacks common sense. They shut the restroom because they don’t want to clean it, they don’t have change – go get some. And yet, they expect a tip. Que rediculo!

I was walking by with a friend and saw how the people at Starbucks were already cleaning even though it was 9:33 and they close at 10pm. 30 minutes earlier is crazy but we walked away out of respect anyway. Then we turn around because we hear a door being tapped and this girl is at the Starbucks door asking if it’s closed and pointing at the door. The guy at the register full on flirts with her with a hand gesture and a smirk. He lets her right in so we assumed that we could walk in too. We get close to the door and it’s me and my friend (guy) and they make hand gestures to leave. Seems like they only let lonely girls inside for whatever reason. It was still not 10pm though, they closed way too early and that’s an absolute disgrace. I know people who work at Panda Express and their customer service is amazing. They close at the exact time they have to close and even let customers later even though they must be tired from working all day but they are not lazy like these Starbucks people. Full on getting discriminated out here because that’s what happened no? A girl was let in but I wasn’t. Why wasn’t I allowed in? It wasn’t closed yet so it’s just really annoying that we are getting treated with differences. If they were so lazy then dont let that girl in either so it’s even or let us both in.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever walked into! As soon as I entered their store I was greeted very kindly, and they were very polite and have amazing customer service. I didn’t get any names but it was 2 guys working and they did amazing! The cashier was super friendly and helpful and the barista made my drink the best way I could ever have it! If anyone tried any funny business with this Starbucks or tries to start beef I will throw down for yall trust
