The store was clean and well arranged. The environment was busy, but well organized. I ordered using the kiosk, which is fast & convenient. My order was fulfilled within 5 minutes. Food was hot, fresh, accurate, & tasty. The bathrooms were clean. There was a long line for drive through with both ordering menus available. I’m confident that I will return.

If I could rate this location in the negative stars I would. Food is McDonald’s, service and attitude is the worst I’ve seen any establishment food or otherwise. Same location I saw a filet of fish meal literally thrown towards an elderly customer a few weeks back. Employees at least a few more interested in talking and joking vs working.

We’ve eaten at McDonald’s all over this country, this McDonald’s is by far the nicest one we’ve been to. It’s so clean, our food was fresh and delicious! I’m on crutches, as soon as I was near the entrance door an employee came to open the door, I went straight to the restroom, the employee also assisted me by opening & holding the restroom door for me then when I came out there was another employee there to open and hold the door. They offer a comfortable atmosphere for all their McDonald’s patrons, we will definitely return.

Went to drive in around 11:30 am today. First the soft spoken young lady was hard to hear. I thought she got my order wrong so i repeated my order and she mumbled and I drove forward. I got to the pay window and found out order was indead wrong. She corrected it and drove forward, got my drink at next window and was told to pull to next window for my burgers. I waited and waited and finally decided to go inside and get a refund. I then drove to the one in Belton as I like their fries. It was a pleasant experience all the way they. Also price was about $1.50 less for two meals. I’ll NOT go back to the one on 2305

So I am updating an changing this post. I went to this location on 05/23/2023 at 855am and did a mobile order i waited over 20 min to get my order I had to go through the drive through and let them know i had been waiting so long. They told me to go back to the curbside and the order would be right out. I waited about another 10 min b4 I tried to go back through the drive through when they finally got my order to me. Some old black employee told me that if I did not want to wait long then not to come back. This location can never get food correctly. we ask for the simplest thing every time. I order a mcdouble with ketchup and cheese only i have gotten it with the buns wrapped separately i have gotten it with mayo and pickles. This location or any mcdonalds is not worth the over charging and bad customer service. safe to say chick fa la is across the street that is my new go to.

I stopped with my daughter on the way to visit family. I should’ve just used the kiosk bc the guy at the register was just as lifeless and had zero customer service. Oh but he definitely showed emotion and smiled when he got on the phone in front of the customers waiting. Even my 3yr old said “mommy he’s not very nice.” Zero hairnets worn by those with long hair. One lady in front of us was trying to get someone’s attention and everyone ignored her until she looked like she was going to walk behind the counter.

I ordered on the app while in the driveway and pulled up to the drive through. The time was about 8:20 when I made my order only to find that the person taking my order was somewhat unprofessional in presentation, initially no big deal. I was told to pull up to the second window, there was only one vehicle in front of me. It took over 6 minutes for them to get their food. I then proceeded to the second window only to find my order not there, so I reversed to window 1 and inquired. I was asked if I was a dasher and I said no, and I told them I had a mobile order. They seemed disorganized then finally said to pull up to the second window where I waited another 6 minutes. I had two cheese burgers, one 1/4 lb with cheese, and a small fry. By the time I got my food I waited about 12 minutes to finally get my food… and the order was still wrong and after that wait my fries were not fresh. The service I received was friendly, but I won’t be going back any time soon. I fear to see what the lobby looks like if this is service I can expect. I’m generally not used to giving very negative reviews, but this was my worst ever drive through experience at a McDonald’s. If there’s new people working, I’ll understand if I’m given a warning that my order will take a little longer.

No signs on the door to let my family and I know the dining was closed this morning. A manager was walking in and told me that they are having a problem getting enough employees. Went to Whatabuger instead and they had great service, open dining room, and more than enough employees. No wonder this location needs a billboard sign on the highway to lure customers in, though it didn’t work to convert this traveler into a customer. Take pride McDonalds, do better.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. We paid for our order this evening and pulled up to the second window to receive our food. We waited at the window for 10 minutes before someone would acknowledge us. The girl that opened the window said “what’s the problem” to me. I said the “problem” is that I would like the food we paid for. The girl walked away for a minute or two and came back to tell us our order had been placed on hold because it was so large and were asked to pull up to the third window. (We ordered a total three meals, directly from the menu with no substitutions) After 10 more minutes the same girl brought our food to the window and asked if that was all. I said we still had not received our drinks. She left and came back with them a few minutes later.
