Well this location is extremey slow. Last night i was in the drive through for 30 mins just to get to the ordering board. I waited another 15 mins and was never waited on so I drove away. The daytime shift is also pretty slow but my orders are always accurate. The only other issue is this locatio. Makes the specialty coffees different every single time. For example if I order a vanilla coffee it is made ine way one time, another way the next time. And yet another way the next time. If i ask them or tell them they made it wrong there is a lot of attitude that isn’t worth it. So i just don’t get coffee anymore. So my two cents. Also if you are diabetic there is not one thing on the menu you can actually eat.

It wasn’t enough making me wait 15 minutes for my order, they gave me a double CHEESEBURGER with no CHEESE. Fries were fresh though.

Person taking the order seemed to not be paying attention as I had to repeat half of my order in the drive through. The line moved very slowly and when I went to pay the cashier had a very flat and non inviting attitude. Then again after paying had to wait for what for quite a while until I was able to get to the pick up window. For as long as it took to get to the pick up window you would assumed that my order would have been ready but then again had to wait for quite a few minutes until I received all of my order. Although the guy at the pick up window was polite/had a friendly demeanor to him and had the service not already been so bad might have turned the experience around. I wish I was able to catch his name so I could give him credit. That being said I would not recommend this location and next time will go to the location down the road.

It’s pretty decent for the amount of traffic that comes through this particular location. The staff are quite nice, but it seems they’re short staffed almost regularly. Food hasn’t been bad and I have yet to have a mistake on my order. Not that you could realistically mess up nuggets and fries, but I digress. Bottom line, aside from the pretty crazy wait times, I don’t mind as the good is hot and tasty.

I took my grandchildren to McDonald’s for a treat. A both had a happy memail medium error’s boy and I was born away that it was $19. I ordered a fish filet. It was half the size. I remember what happened. Did they throw it in the dryer? No more dollar menus. What is this world coming to? And how much is it going to be to buy when they’re old enough to buy? It’s sad

Over all it8 allcommercial no warmth food is pre frozen pre cooked and bland very poor quality plus employees lie when asked if they have half @ half they say yes when it’s been years they took out the half @ half and replaced it for artificial creamer they use to have great coffee because of the quality of coffee and the half and half they and dunking donuts where the one that started serving there coffees with half and half they set the standard and had the best coffee better than Starbucks. There i think I said what I’ve been wanting to say.

The store was clean and well arranged. The environment was busy, but well organized. I ordered using the kiosk, which is fast & convenient. My order was fulfilled within 5 minutes. Food was hot, fresh, accurate, & tasty. The bathrooms were clean. There was a long line for drive through with both ordering menus available. I’m confident that I will return.
