Honestly, if I could give it 0 stars I would. This is by far the slowest McDonald’s location I have ever been to in my life. The short Caucasian lady with glasses, maybe red head had a horrible attitude as well as the Hispanic skinny man at window. We were sitting at the speaker for over 20 minutes as the other lane was being helped and cars kept passing us. Horrible service and horrible staff. Do better.

I went through the drive-thru expecting a simple meal. Instead, I found something absolutely disgusting—a cockroach inside my burger!
I immediately contacted the store, and while they offered a refund, that’s all they were willing to do. When we asked, “What if this affects our health?”, their response was dismissive—no concern, no apology, no accountability.
This is a serious health and hygiene issue, and it makes me question how they maintain their kitchen. A refund does NOT fix the problem of unsanitary conditions.

Really wish I could give less then one star!!! It’s insane that an establishment is open 24 hours and the workers decide to say we can’t take orders at 4 am for 15 minutes you wait the 15 minutes and go back through the drive thru for them to tell you the same thing!! When I say you told me that 15 minutes ago they get upset about it!! The orders are frequently wrong with long drive thru lines that make you think… Maybe I’m going to get fresh hot food when I order… wrong your likely to be missing items or the wrong items completely and cold food and watered down soda’s!! Please can the manager/owner instil more training or hire better workers!!

Ordered online for pick up, quick service. Got home and all our breakfast sandwiches were off. Some had the buns burnt to a crip while others tasted like soap or cilantro. The sausage in one of the sandwiches was also a little off and missing some parts of the outer “skin”, as if it stuck to the grill and peeled off.

They always seem to be fast but not as friendly as other McDonalds. They also always leave drinks and frappe etc over an inch short from top. Not a huge deal I suppose but it does add up

Worst service and food ever, we ordered two Mc Spicy chicken burgers and they served almost 45min back order with American Cheese. When we asked the staff they were very rude and justifying that they can’t replace a burger because we ate one bite. They are asking to carefully monitor the food before we ate. but when we come with hunger how can we monitor the food served to us they got it to our table too.At last they didn’t replace with correct order justifying we ate a bit of it .They only replaced another burger because after biting this we realised it was cold and has American cheese in it. TOO WORST SERVICE

This location is TERRIBLE. They got my order wrong and when I asked for a refund the refrigerator built empty headed girl at the window told me no with a nasty attitude even when I told them they can take the food back.

I placed a mobile order at 10:28am for breakfast and before I paid it said something along the lines of “quick! Make sure to pay before breakfast is over to receive your meal!”. So I did. I got to the McDonald’s 5 minutes later and was told to cancel my order because breakfast was over 3 minutes ago. They refused to serve me what I ordered and already paid for. Absolutely crazy. I took a photo of the order now that I’m back home, and in the photo you can see that the order was placed at 10:28.
