I had an extremely disappointing experience. Wlme and my girlfriend order two bowls online and the portions where laughable. Neither where fully filled, and on one I could see the bottom of the bowl. I do have pictures. For $26 I expect better. When I contacted support they offered me a coupon. What I thought they where giving me was two free entree gift cards, but instead they gave me two buy on get one free gift cards. So in order to make up for there mistake I have to spend more money. I expected better. Do not order here.

I rarely, if ever, leave poor reviews but this place has earned it. I have been to this location numerous times and it is nearly always filthy (where your bowl is made but also where you eat). Today, was no exception. I only continue to come because of the convenient location but I may have to stop. The person that made my food today didn’t change his gloves after checking the customer before me out and was very rude and rushing me despite me being the only person in line.

this was my first experience at chipotle actually ordering more than queso and chips. the build your own style of restaurants can be stressful and the employees were not forgiving to someone who didn’t already know what everything was. I felt rushed when there was no line behind me. There aren’t labels on anything, which I think would be very helpful. The food was not bad, but I think too expensive especially for the experience I had where it seemed like the employee was annoyed at me asking any questions. I did find a dark hair in my food after taking it home. I am not trying to bash on the specific employees but I really think this place could benefit from labels on toppings and maybe talk to staff about being friendly. I felt unwelcome. Again, food was good generally but I’ve had better for less money.

I never make reviews like this, but I have been coming to this location a long time. I ordered an order for pickup and I grabbed my bag, and without opening it until I got home. When I looked in my bag I realized my guacamole was half way full. Which is fine, but it appears to already be eaten out of because there is a literal used chip inside of it. This is gross and unsanitary for so many reasons. The worst part is after trying to communicate with “Pepper” they basically just said sorry and goodbye. No offer for refund or anything. For proof my order number was 641-FA8 and photo evidence is below. I really hate writing a bad review, but this is so wrong on so many levels.

Continues to deteriorate. Tried the carne Asad with red chimichurie. Threw it away it was so bad. And $15 to boot. Steak was all fat and couldn’t chew it. Rice was dry as if it was leftover. Seriously my worst experience there yet.

Filthy! There is a deli a mile north of here where the manager (owner?) is always cleaning, busing tables, doing whatever needs to be done. That place is always CLEAN! Where is the person in charge at this CHIPOTLE?! He must not care too much about the reputation of his store!

Chipotle used to be incredible at getting people through the line quickly, serving good food. It’s fallen downhill lately and tonight was exceptionally bad. 23 minutes to get a burrito bowl with a line of only 20 some people in front of me. It’s not worth it when the wait is that long for to go food.

This was terrible I came her at 9pm for late night dinner HORRIBLE my rice was hard not done uncooked almost I got a vegetarian bowl. The food selections were messy from the server throwing food around like slop just a mess dropping food everywhere. Very disappointed the wait was very long just a all around bad experience, the gentleman checking me out was polite other than that it was a mess

I went and I placed a bowl order online and when I went to pick it up they said oh we do not have white rice only brown rice, implying that that is what they put instead of white rice. So I ask, “so it’s brown rice on my bowl”, yes. Wrong. I get home and there is simply no rice in my bowl at all.
